I am no Doctor but based on my own understanding I would say I suffered from it.

By definition, disordered eating can have a negative impact on a person's emotional, social and physical wellbeing. It may lead to fatigue, malnutrition or poor concentration. It can affect someone's social life and can lead to anxiety and depression.

Yup! I definitely suffered from it!  In fact I was a victim of all the symptoms listed above!

During the time that I took on competitive bodybuilding I had no idea what to expect but over the course of my preps I would need to overcome some key issues that I am more than happy to share.  Binge eating was a serious challenge during my preparation for competitions as they usually lasted from morning to evening (on cheat days) and I would crush food like it was going out of style.  In fact i remember falling asleep with a pizza in my hand because I was so food drunk and full of the food I had consumed.🍕

I originally searched out a competitive bodybuilding lifestyle to enhance my physique as I know my body needed work.  I wanted to focus on a few things to get to the level where I was proud of, and work hard as I always wanted to look like Arnold.  As the weeks and days went on, prep became harder and harder until it eventually became gruelling.  I would intentionally seek out and continue to crave more food, and would imagine these cravings touching my lips on a “cheat day!” Eventually I thought of specific foods long enough that they would somehow manifest themselves in front of me. wink wink! It would be extremely dangerous as my primary focus was always food, either the obsession of weighing out every ounce on clean eating days, or what i was going to destroy on cheat eating days!  There was never any balance!  I also didn't not like to share my snacks/food so when i purchased snacks, my fear of not knowing when my next cheat day was would make me finish everything!

Does this type of behaviour sound normal?  I mean as I am writing this down I realize how truly ridiculous I was, but do not kid yourself, this is more common than anyone thinks.

Yesterday was a complete write off 🤬 I busted my knee at work and can’t drive or work out so ended up coming straight home after work and getting in bed. I ate the contents of the cookie jar and some crisp after tea! Ffs! My knee feels a lot better this morning but I’ll have to continue to rest it the rest of this week ☹️ rest of meals were on plan. ~

Were you aware that different body types require different macronutrient adjustments and starting points when seeking out specific goals?

We as humans are not all one of the same composition and our bodies do not seek the same physiological necessities to achieve the success you seek out individually.
.
There are 3 body types that allot for specific macronutrient estimating starting points, ectomorphs, endomorphs, and mesomorphs.
.
Ectomorphs are naturally thin, have skinnier limbs; people of this nature usually have a higher metabolic rate, a higher carbohydrate tolerance, an increase in blood pressure and are thyroid dominant and crave sweets typically.  A lot of clients that I have dealt with that are ectomorphs are usually seeking a combination of increased muscle tone, size, and a wider or thicker shape.

Endomorphs are natural broad or thicker and bigger boned than most.  The people that have this body type struggle with a lower blood pressure and a lower metabolic rate, therefore carbohydrate tolerance is usually troubled and intake needs to be minimized.  Endomorphs tend to be more insulin dominant, which is why carbs should be properly monitored and their diet should be more protein and fat dominant.  Fitness goals tend to be focused among overall fat loss and minimizing excess in the abdomen and lower back region.

Mesomorphs in my opinion are the more sought out body structure, they naturally are more athletic and have a muscular body structure.  They are testosterone and growth hormone dominant with a more balanced blood pressure along with an ability to moderately tolerate carbohydrates.  Mesomorphs tend to seek out further athletic performance, develop lean muscle and a low body fat percentage.

So depending on specific body types, and goals, this is usually a great starting point to achieve your goals and seek out further success in your fitness goals.

I feel like this when I’m discussing how I can develop a clients goals from skinny to muscular, from overweight to slim, or from an unhealthy malnourished diet, to a healthy one I get extremely interested in the topic. These goals are all achievable through flexible dieting lifestyles and I used to struggle with the concept that restriction to my daily intake was the only way to succeed.

Boy was I ever wrong!

Not only do you feel more mentally preserved because you aren’t so focused on your next cheat meal or tired of the same foods but you also manage to smile, have fun and even have an intelligent conversation.

Flexibility in my training, and my meals has provided me with the energy and the mindset to do other things I enjoy doing. .
Teaching others about the importance of creating balance with health and fitness and not getting sucked into fad diets, or structures that will only hinder your overall existence is something I will continue to promote. A cottage cheese-t és a tojást keverd össze, a gombás keveréket add hozzá, ha szükséges adj még hozzá sót.
A gombafejeket ezután töltsd meg a cottage cheese-es töltelékkel és már mehet is az előmelegített sütőbe 15-20 percre👌🙌🤩

Always live the best life 👯‍♀️ When I work out and eat right for just a few days I feel the best. I’ve improved my resting heart rate, my metabolic age, my body fat %. I can smash out time in peak heart rate conditions and actually enjoy it! I may not be a size 8 because I love my treats but I know my overall health and well being is at an all time high and I have a happy heart. 💕 ~

The truth is I was there this morning. I did not want to get out of bed and hit the gym first thing because I was just tired. •

Plain and simple! If you’re in the same boat, I’m here to tell you that it’s okay to rest, it’s okay to feel tired and to have those days to embrace the sunshine, time with friends, and drinks on a patio 🍻 •

As much as I love working out, I also like to enjoy myself and do things outdoors to enjoy the day, after all, life is meant to be fun, meant to be fulfilling.  So as important it is to accomplish your fitness goals, it is equally important to enjoy moments alone, with friends, and with family!

A torta alapjához #szafireform csokoládés muffin keveréket használtam, elkészítve mindent úgy, ahogy a csomag hátulján le van írva✨
Ezt megsütöttem egy 20 cm-es tortaformában, majd amikor a tészta elkészült, hagytam kihűlni, amit ezután három részre felvágtam és egy nagyon #yummy😋 kókuszos krémmel megtöltöttem✌️
A krémhez ezek az alapanyagok fognak kelleni:👇
🔅2 dl hideg habtejszín felverve🥛
🔅500 g lightos!! mascarpone🍰
🔅ízlés szerint édesítő, én folyékonyat tettem bele és kóstolással teszteltem, mikor megfelelő az édesítő mennyisége🥧
🔅kókuszreszelék ízlés szerint, szerintem olyan 50 gramm a minimum, amit simán elbír a süti🥥
🔅és vanília aroma, amiből én egy ampulla mennyiséget használtam✨
Mindezeket összekevertem és hozzáadtam még egy adagnyi Szafis Bounty krémalapot🥥
És hogy még ne érjen véget a történet, megspékeltem ezt a masszát 100 g összezúzott, cukormentes csokival is🍫

És akkor jöhet a tészta megtöltése🤩🤩🤩
A maradék krém mehet a torta külsejére, ezután pedig egy kevés étcsokireszelék, hogy még ellenállhatatlanabb legyen😅
