When a traumatic memory, emotion, negative thought, or belief is stored on the layers of the soul for certain time; it start creating imbalances in the physical structure of the body.⠀
We all have a perfect balance of four basic elements that compose our physical body: water, air, fire, and earth. An energetic imbalance can change the percentage of each element making us feel uncomfortable, sick, stuck, etc.⠀
⠀Although you can externally help balance these elements through food and exercise; or through the influence of the physical senses, you will only accomplish full release of these imbalance if you restructure the soul.⠀
Restructuring the soul means letting go of all the elements that are stored in the various layers of the soul, to allow new and updated elements.
Once the emotions, beliefs, and thoughts, are crystallized we need a physical detoxification to follow soul restructuring and that is what we talk about in volume 2 of The Power of the Elevation of Consciousness, Cellular Activation.⠀

Single leg: working on muscles and balance. I like it. Always accompanied by my faithful kettlebell. ....even on a Sunday. I keep hearing from friends and people I meet that they want to get healthier, fitter but they never take the steps to start the process.
Truth is... You just need to start. Do not wait for that magic day where your kids get older or you will have more time. As mom of twins and professor and a business, farm and many animals owner, I atest to you that I know what it means to be busy.
Unfortunately, life is not going to wait for me or you to start "tomorrow" or some day. Tomorrow is never promised. Start today. This message was inspired by my conversation with friends Suzy who is absolutely glamorous and my role model in many ways.

I feel most connected when the soles of my feet touch the earth. Whether it be the forest, the beach, the river, or even just a well wooded park. Feeling the flow of life beneath the grounds surface is calming and inspiring. It helps me to remember that this beautiful home we call Earth is alive. We have to care for her and her creatures. Our planet needs you to give a shit. That’s why fracking breaks my heart. How are some people okay with injecting our home with poisonous chemicals? I don’t mean for this post to come off as a political standpoint but when I write, I get emotional and this is a BIG problem in our world today. So let’s all be more conscientious, towards our Mother. She needs us more than ever.
Personally, I’ll start by reusing more of my plastics, I’ll be aware of the products I’m putting down the drain and into our oceans, and I’ll stop taking Her for granted.

I've been having so much fun with my new scale 😂😂😂the numbers don't bother me, so I'm loving the flexibility I feel I have while tracking my macros. The internet can be suchhhh a substantial source for self education! I don't know where I'd be without the help from the manyyyyyyyy 😳YouTube videos I've watched and the research I've done on my own because my goals and ma bodyyy are important to me!
Part of my lunch (plus an unpictured 85g of frozen veggie medley with liquid aminos) was 32g of Joseph's Lavash bread, 71g of Perdue chicken breast, 28g of velveeta shreds, spinach (do ppl actually track this lol), topped with 35g of sf bbq 😋😋😋

I’m sure you feel it— Summer is HERE! ☀️🌊 Holidays and barbecues are here too! Just bc it’s a holiday weekend doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it! But Holidays don’t mean go completely crazy off plan ESPECIALLY when you have goals! There are a few things you can do to keep the summer bod coming along if barbecues and parties are on the agenda! ——-PRO Tips for summer holidays: - Drink LOTS of water! — flushes toxins, hydrated you and revs up that metabolism to keep you burning fat! . 🍻🍷Also when drinking have a full 16oz or more before you go out, take REMEDY from @1stPhorm!, then drink at least 8oz before bed! 🍹🥃 Remedy is a natural hangover cure and man it works! I won’t drink without it! 😎💯
. - Get in more protein! — if barbecue, carbs, sweets and alcohol are on the menu, make your normal meals protein filled then have moderate portions of fun foods. Don’t gorge. Normal portions - palm(pro)-fist(carb)-fist(veggie) works great when trying to see how much to eat! . - Don’t skip workouts! —Hit the gym, get outside and sweat, go swim, bike, do something fun and active to break a sweat! Eating more cals means you need to sweat more! Not as punishment but as in energy balance! 💦
. - ENJOY it! — Yes we all have goals, but that doesn’t mean we have to eat fish, rice and broccoli at a barbecue in the corner! Life needs balance and so do you! Keep moderation in mind, as with everything and enjoy yourself while still shedding pounds just in time to rock those shorts, bikini or just to feel awesome this summer! *make sure you DONT try to outwork the bad foods, feel bad about yourself or meals, etc on Tuesday after having fun, and definitely don’t stress!*
