Il suffit de parler de changements de températures, de fatigue, pour que plusieurs personnes vous confient avoir les mêmes ressenties, et ce n'est pas une illusion.

Les changements brutaux de températures, d'humidité et de pression atmosphérique influent sur notre façon de récupérer plus ou moins vite.

Je ne suis pas professeur en bio météorologie, mais l'expérience me suffit à tirer des conclusions.

Si nous passons du chaud au froid, ou du froid au chaud, rapidement, selon le taux d'humidité, le sommeil change et la récupération n'est plus du tout la même après une semaine d'efforts soutenus. Incomparable avec une semaine de températures stables.

Cette semaine malgré des nuits complètes, la fatigue pèse, alors que l'activité physique, ni le rythme n'ont changé.

Les réveils ont été difficiles, et sans énergie fulgurante malgré une météo des plus ensoleillée !

Pourtant rien ne doit changer pour autant, c'est un facteur à supporter comme tant d'autres durant l'année d'entraînement.

Si nous devions tenir compte de chaque aléas, on ne ferait jamais rien. A chaque flocon de neige, chaque jour de verglas, on resterait au lit à regarder Netflix.

Contentons nous de nous plaindre, et continuons d'avancer, de progresser chaque semaine en faisant toujours au mieux quitte à réduire un peu le volume pour mieux récupérer.

Think about it, just because I lay down into a bench press and do #reps doesn’t mean my pecs are doing work. 
Some #people will get #great results (often by accident), whereas others will get nothing but sore joints from the exact same number of sets and reps.
