Alright you guys I have a brand new online (live over zoom) writing class with four dates to choose from in May... the theme is Memoir which means telling a story about yourself. This will fill up very very quickly, as one day is almost full from my private group alone, so if you want I’d love to have you! Just sign up soon as I keep them intimate.
We will create the space to take the very ache that persists incessantly in your bones to speak, to reveal and to release. We will revel in the fact that your story is powerful and should be heard.

Ethan has just finished a term doing an awesome program through his highschool called BHP (Broaden Horizons Program) and one of the activities they did to become more socially conscious was to spend a day in the CBD visiting the shelters and helping out. It obviously had an impact. When he saw the story, he chose to use money he’d been given randomly for helping out a young tradie and buy a Homie T-shirt to contribute to the cause and raise awareness amongst his peers. 😊
Recirculating money instead of just accumulating it should be the way that ALL of us should live. I’m so proud of Eth for having such a big heart ❤️ .

L’insonnia è uno dei frutti malsani della nostra epoca: un’epoca che si potrebbe definire "Età dell’ansia". L’ansia provoca tensione interiore, la quale a sua volta disturba il naturale ciclo del sonno.
Come gli antichi orientali affermano da millenni, esiste uno stretto legame tra il respiro e il nostro stato mentale, emotivo e psicologico.
L’osservazione del flusso naturale del respiro calma la mente, rilassa tutto il nostro essere e interiorizza la coscienza, aiutandoci a ritrovare l’oro prezioso di un sonno profondo e ristoratore.
Sdraiati supino sul letto e chiudi gli occhi.
Inspira profondamente e tendi dolcemente tutto il corpo, equilibrando il flusso di energia in ogni sua parte.
Espira e rilassati.
Ripeti 2 o 3 volte, alternando tensione e rilassamento.
Poi osserva il respiro, permettendo al suo ritmo costante di calmarti, come le onde del mare che lambiscono la riva in una giornata tranquilla.
Dopo qualche minuto, inspira profondamente; poi espira in modo lento e completo, come se sospirassi, e sentiti circondato da una pace infinita.
Visualizza un oceano di pace che si espande intorno a te in ogni direzione oppure grandi, soffici nuvole di pace che si raccolgono intorno a te proteggendoti.
Ripeti questo esercizio di respirazione 6 o 12 volte.
Se sei ancora sveglio, continua a osservare il respiro con calma, passivamente.
Se sopraggiungono altri pensieri, osservali senza giudicarli e dolcemente volgi nuovamente la tua attenzione al respiro!
TECNICA AVANZATA CON AFFERMAZIONE
Mantieni il respiro fuori dai polmoni finché puoi farlo senza sforzo e ripeti mentalmente: «Om, shanti, shanti, shanti» ("shanti" in sanscrito significa “pace”) Riprenditi il tuo TEMPO... vivi consapevolmente il PRESENTE!!! Abbandonati al tuo RESPIRO... E' la tua VITA!!!

I was having a conversation today about growth...on both a business & personal level.
Many times when someone is stepping it up in their lives & gaining success, we often hear people say how they’ve “changed”, they aren’t the same anymore.
Everyone operates on and with the level of consciousness & knowledge they currently have available to them.
As you grow and expand, you will outgrow those levels and the ONLY way for you to continue to grow is to seek out higher levels of consciousness.
Here’s an example. My bestie has always had the best advice for me and has always had such a high level of consciousness, and of course my own consciousness naturally leveled up to meet hers.
As we are now expanding and seeking more growth, there are things I’m now seeking that are outside of her level of consciousness and things that she is seeking outside of mine.
I’ve now found myself amongst a new tribe whose knowledge goes far beyond what I can begin to imagine. And just like before, I will naturally level up to it.
It is then my bestie’s choice to level with that newness or remain the same (FYI she’s all about growth too).
When someone in your tribe is leveling up, support that growth and understand that their surroundings will eventually have to expand as well. It is nothing to take personally. But is is an opportunity to ask yourself “Now how I can level up in my own life?” 💗🙏🙌🌟 ·

On the ferry trip to work today it was a lot bumpier than usual. I had to stop reading my book as my pupils felt like they were doing happy laps in their eye sockets. I felt my right knee shake a little so I planted both feet flat on the floor. I would then exhale with every wave we would move down. It’s a little game I like to play to give myself comfort on the rocky rides. .
How do you comfort yourself when you feel uneasy? 🤔
No matter how good your willpower is and how easy of a challenge you've selected, chances are, during the 30 days of your challenge you will feel like you don't want to do it.
Here are a few ways you can help yourself deal with those days:
IF OVERWHELMED - “I am in full control. It's up to me to decide whether to continue this challenge. I could stop any time, but I consciously choose to continue every day. And today is no exception.”
IF TIRED, UNINSPIRED OR UNMOTIVATED - “Starting is the key. I will do my challenge for 1 minute today (1 meal, 1 exercise, etc.) and after 1 minute I will let myself decide to continue of not.”
IF YOU FEEL WEAK - “I will do this challenge today not to improve my results, but to build trust for myself. If I skip my challenge today, I will feel even weaker tomorrow. If I do it today, even with the least amount of effort, I will become stronger tomorrow.”

I hate that sometimes the most amazing things in life are what I take for granted. Tonight my sisters and I stayed up late chatting and laughing and I couldn’t help but feel so crazy thankful for their presence in my life and how they’ve inspired and affected me over all my years. I don’t appreciate these relationships as I should - sometimes what can seem so common and normal in life (our family, siblings, relationships) can be easily overlooked, but are in fact the absolute richest part of living. Here’s to being more intentional, aware, thankful and present for our families and life long friendships 🍻.
The moon will be opposing the sun in these upcoming days giving us the chance to explore in the expansiveness of this energy.. Think of Full Moons as a spot light to wherever she lands in our chart bringing awareness, understanding and a culmination of chapters.. giving us time to marinate in our closures and prepare for the newness the crescent brings 🌙 .. Thoughts, interwoven with emotion creates powerful momentum. In a commercial you’ll see a “problem” and then a solution/better alternative. The product/service will normally be tied to an emotion and if the ad relates to you then you are more likely to remember it. The more we see an ad, the more we wire in the brand as a solution to the problem. Then when we are at the grocery store, online etc we are more likely to”buy” into the idea. I’m not saying advertising is bad, I’m just sharing the structure of it so that you can use it with awareness in your own life. Whatever we focus on grows, and when we add emotion to it, we begin to wire it into our subconscious mind. Focus on books, movies, etc that build your passion, that builds your dreams.
