1. Muscles Spasms.

• Dehydration is also a contributing factor to stiff muscles. This is because muscles are active tissues and require lots of water. The water contains electrolytes that help transfer orders from your nervous system to your muscles and back. Without enough water, muscles lose their ability to communicate with the brain.
• Inactivity is another culprit. Leaving your muscles in one state for a prolonged period (sleep or sitting in a chair for an extended period, for instance) can cause them to stiffen. **********

Tendonitis has kept me from benching heavyweights for years. While doctors have advised me to just quite gym and let it rest and give it time to heal, I took the Stubborn approach and kept grinding. I do this because going to gym no matter if I’m lost without direction, broken or lonely there is always hope in the iron therapy. When your dehydrated you will quickly notice negatives such as
-Slow muscular response
I’ll always aim to drink at least 1L of water 90 minutes before a training session to help with bloodflow, strength and pump
Although hydration is crucial its important to keep “excessive” water consumption away from meals.
I try not to drink too much water 30-45 minutes before and after a meal as this can delay digestion by diluting your stomach acid

But then she went and won the @wbff_official London show in Bikini. The judges thought she was so good that they believe she’s good enough to compete with the best in the world and gave her, her pro card as well! The first time in my life I’ve ever cried with joy watching my girlfriend and the love of my life walk to the middle of that amazing stage and take the gold! She’s my inspiration and my rock and I’m the luckiest man alive today!
