Having a simple baked fish recipe under your belt should be a staple in “learning how to feed yourself 101”👩🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳. In 🇻🇳 a cheap & cheerful fish is sea bass 🐟. Here’s an effortless-but-kind-of-fancy-recipe🕺🏻: 👉 Place 🐟 on parchment paper or silicon pad. 👉 Season w/ salt, pepper, paprika & garlic powder. 👉 Top with 🍋 slices, finely sliced onions, capers & some butter cubes 🤤. 👉 Bake until fish is flaky. 10-15ish minutes.

At Sprouts I bought $0.99 a pound apples and I got organic pomegranate frozen fruit for $0.99 on clearance. The rest of the items for the from the 99 cent store. This lunch cost me around a $1.50 and it's extremely healthy. This meal is 360 calories 90% carbs and 15 grams fiber! Great meal to break a fast and it low glycemic (slow releasing carbohydrates).
Tip# I used half fresh fruit and half frozen. The frozen will keep my fruit cold until I get it in the employee refrigerator! @sprouts @99centsonly

Sometimes, avoiding sugary drinks and sodas can be pretty hard, but there are some healthier options. Coconut water is not just naturally sweet, but it's great source of potassium.
