If you don’t have a machine with the bar like this you can take the barbell and stick it in between a corner. About 12-15 reps and then pulsating 15-20 reps no rest between. The hammys will thank you later. -

I running out of time so I was doing supersets on two exercises at a time as I was running out of time. Rest time was minimal .
In this video I was doing Seated row with narrow grip lat pull down! These two exercises back to back is a killer!

Although I love pull-ups, adolescents have a tough time getting their shoulders into a good position. Horizontal pulling is a great tool to not only teach quality movement, but bulletproof the shoulders at the same time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When teaching slapping, 90% of the time I focus on the bottom half. Everything happens from the ground up. If your looking top, down.. you’re going to miss the root of the problem.
In this case I am trying to develop her power slap and get her back hip to drive through the ball. -Pay attention to to her front foot and the finish -Which way is she transferring her energy created from the ground? -Which way should her energy be going? -To help you out, the second clip is me
