Macro training DONE RIGHT!
This WAS 1/2 way through the 80 day training group.
I just LOVED this program. Honestly it brought a new sense of balance to my life that I didn’t realize I needed.
I eat out w my family (went to outback last night), travel...and honestly I could stay on this nutritional program for a LONG LONG TIME.
I’m in my comfort zone. 💗
I felt nervous when I started, was it gonna be enough, was it gonn work.....but I found it was the structure I needed w the flexibility I wanted. .

Today marked day 141 of my yoga journey. Yoga has changed me in such an extraordinary way that I never knew was possible. Not only have I witnessed improvements in my body but also my mind and life. -
When I clicked play on day 1 of the 30-day TRUE challenge, I never truly expected to finish. In the past, I have found a million different excuses not to keep going. But this time it was different, I look forward to my time on the mat and I carve out time in my day for this practice. -
I’m so grateful for the incredible community around @fwfglife And @adrienelouise. The at-home-yoga-practice has been a life saver and I can’t wait to see where I go from here. -
First holiday and long weekend that I’ve enjoyed in quite awhile, and I’m learning to embrace all of it, each moment, every laugh, all the fun and memories. Between Friday family fun night, back to back escape rooms with friends last night, and the holiday at the lake, life feels back in my comfort zone.
And yet sometimes it makes me nervous to be “too happy” or to “settle back” into an easier or predictable life. As if that will all be plucked away by scary words or trying times that surprise me out of nowhere once again. I feel like things being too good means that something bad might happen. It’s a silly mentality and not really how the world works. My life is not my own and is held by a God that is infinitely bigger than me.
And so for some blissful moments today, cancer wasn’t anywhere near my thoughts. I pulled my hat down tight over my fake hairs, strapped a life jacket securely around a body that’s survived surgeries and chemo, and took off onto the lake. I was alone. It was peaceful. There was wind in my face and sun on my skin. And I remembered again that life is good.
Most people with a broken wrist; “maybe I’ll slow down and take it easy.”
Me with a broken wrist;
“Why yes I do want to bike 12 miles along the green belt and spend an hour paddle boarding a pond.” There will also be some folfing in the near future.
We have to choose our actions and our reactions. I was supposed to be competing this weekend, with the wrist, that is something I can’t do. But there are so many other amazing things I can do with my time.

Sometimes when I'm shopping for something if I am a little hesitant with the purchase I'll research it a bit and always tell myself if I'm still thinking about it a week later than i need to get it.
This works with goals too. If you want a career change but do nothing and are still thinking about it. Well then what are you doing?! Work towards it and dont regret it!
& when it comes to health and fitness maybe you have passed on the opportunity to try out a new group fitness class with a friend or passed on joining one of my online babe tribes...but you've been watching and seeing my progress and those around you and might be feeling left out or wishing you had our magical unicorn powers of loving to workout.
Well first let me be clear that I dont jump out of bed wanting to workout every day. My magical unicorn power comes from my highlighter yellow plant based go-go juice 🦄😏
BUT if you've been creepin and wishin... take it as a sign that its YOUR TURN!...if it's still on your mind take the plunge. You wont regret it.
Not many people say "wow that was a hard workout. I pushed myself and did something good for my body today...I totally regret that!".... NOPE 👊
