Day 52 was no joke! Holy moly! All the animals were out to play lol. 8 rounds 4 reps each was alot and I'll be honest, I pressed pause 2 times! I needed to take a little breather and a little water. That's ok though. The point is that I finished. If you need a break, take it!
Been awhile since I've tried these bad boys and I forgot how hard they are. On the up side, I am slowly noticing myself getting stronger so hopefully I'll be able to do more of these soon.
