🇴🇲 Silver khanjar for sale at Nizwa souk.
Most of the silver jewellery and other items for sale here are sold by weight. I picked up a tiny (and I mean tiny!) box thinking it couldn’t cost much, but even it was about £70. In another shop, a customer was haggling over a Khanjar for about £9000.
🇴🇲 The view of the lobby of the Grand Hyatt, Muscat, from the Sirj Tea Lounge (where I had probably the best cup of Earl Grey in my life). Afterwards we wandered around and admired the art on display, including the map you can see on the wall here with stunning marquetry.
Beautiful day @hiltonkuwaitresort
As an expat in Kuwait, you can buy a day pass or a seasonal pass and use their beaches, pool, and fitness center. Unlike other public beaches in Kuwait, here you are able to wear regular one piece or bikini swimsuits. Starbucks,
Of course, is on property as well.
