💜🌿New in my Etsy shop and I think it might be the most beautiful thing I’ve ever crafted (besides the matching soy candles coming to the shop this evening)🌿💜 Misty Hollow Apothecary's Calming Salt Soak Bath Tea is crafted from a soothing blend of salts, calming herbs like lavender, lemon balm, and chamomile, frankincense resin, jojoba oil, pure essential oils, and amethyst chips. This botanical and crystal-infused aromatherapy salt soak comes in muslin tea bags so you can enjoy your bath without having to clean up the mess. Collect the amethyst crystals from the bag afterward. Available in an 11.5 oz frosted glass jar with an aluminum lid ~ each contains 3 teabags with ~2 oz of salt soak in each bag.
I initially designed our Matcha Scrub for the face and while it works well with most skin types it’s not for all. But I have listened to my customers and they love it as a gentle body scrub. With a finer texture than the Coffee Scrub, it’s more suitable for sensitive skin to gently exfoliate. Great for dry elbows and heals or to treat the delicate skin of the décolletage, this will leave you moisturized and nourished with a dewy glow. Thanks for all of your feedback! It’s good to know the versatility of @dulce_earth products.
We’ve been working #overtime in the garden @southern_rhoades 🌱🌱🌱Our #massageoil is wonderful for tired or sore feet, bruised areas, and spinal/back trauma. Perfect gift idea for #fathersday 🌿🌿🌿 Shop link in bio☝🏼
Commonly found in shampoos, body washes, household cleaners, soaps, toothpaste and more- it is found in any product we expect to "foam up". SLS is known to be a skin irritant, trigger allergies, cause skin aging and can lead carcinogenic nitrates to build up the body's organs only from skin contact.
Have you checked if this ingredient is listed on any of the products you are regularly using? ☣☠⚠
Nearly 6 months in and the first time this year I've looked to the cards for guidance.・Do you ever see the cards that you're going to draw before you physically draw them?・The first two I wasn't surprised about but the last re-affirmed my herbal studies for me (and that I need to be less sporadic with this page)・🔮🌿
Lavender feels from my shop. Restocked with Lavender Therapy Pillows and $10 Lavender oil roll ons.⠀⠀⠀
A little Lavender wisdom for y'all today from the amazing distiller @floracopeia ..."Therapeutically, lavender oil is one of the most versatile and safest of all essential oils. Its wide spectrum of benefits can be summed up as calmative and relaxing, cooling and anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and immune enhancing, and hormone balancing. Lavender enhances the healing powers of the body: it is effective against colds, flus, and infections, and is used specifically for burns. It has pain-reducing properties, which, because of its feminine nature, are more pronounced in women than men. Lavender's pleasing fragrance and skin-regenerating benefits make it one of the most commonly used oils in cosmetic and body products....In Ayurvedic terms, the effect of lavender oil could be described as pacifying to the vata (calms, relaxes, and restores the nervous system) and cooling to the pitta (anti-inflammatory). It is a highly sattvic oil, meaning that it purifies aggravated emotional states and helps bring mental peace." - David Crow 💜
I'm having a week off bread this week and trying to be abit more creative at lunch time. Absolutely love Greek salads, they remind me of my holiday in Rhodes when I was 19 🇬🇷 Using bitter herbs in salads, such as fresh dandelion leaves and sorrel, or aromatic herbs such as fennel can also really help with digestion and add a different flavour twist 🥗

Do you ever wake up and feel something isn't 'quite right'..?
The last few days in the UK have been absolutely gorgeous, the sun has been beaming, everyone seems to be in a fantastic mood but I've had a niggling feeling of discomfort and something is awry. This long overdue smudge and a draw of the cards should help set things straight 👌
*a bird also flew straight into the window.. If that's not a sign then I don't know what is!*
Sleep is vital to good health and getting enough of it is the number one concern in our modern world. Pure Vetiver essential oil is calming with a soporific effect, pure Bergamot essential oil helps to ease tension, irritability and stress, and pure Geranium essential oil helps to regulate the nervous system.
Pure Lavender essential oil is deeply relaxing and restorative, and I’ve included this in my popular Pillow Mist. However, as the smell of lavender can be polarising, it's excluded from the rest of my sleep range, offering an alternative olfactory experience.
We've nailed it! ☕☕💈💈
Before 2016 we captured the true aroma of fresh artisan roasted coffee with vanilla syrup. We were confident we had the BEST coffee aroma on the planet at that point, and you guys agreed! Our Vanilla Latte beard care range was flying off the shelves, so much so our supplier couldn't keep up with the demand and we were often of our stock for a few weeks.
Sadly, in October 2016 all of that came crashing down as our supplier told us that their key supplier, who had a patent for their extraction process of the coffee aroma, were closing their doors for good and could no longer offer the vanilla oil or the coffee oil. This sent a shock wave through our business at that point. It had a huge effect on our Christmas stock and it also meant that 2 of our best selling ranges at the time were no longer available, Sweet Vanilla and Vanilla Latte... As a brand we keep our heads held high and moved forward even at a time when everything seemed to be spiraling downward. It's been nearly 2 years since we received our final delivery of our beloved and now sacred vanilla and coffee oils. We have spent this time trying to perfect a coffee blend. We have imported oils, infused our own coffee oil, used different brands of oil, created fusions both natural and fragranced oils, we've have done it all.... Today is a very special day for us, we have finally nailed the scent, it's not exactly the same though, in fact, it's better! Whilst things in 2016 became rocky overnight, we believe we can reign supreme once more with the best coffee beard care range. The blend is of roasted coffee beans, sweet steamed milk, brewed coffee and hints of vanilla, chocolate and caramel.
We've nailed it. We captured the true aroma of fresh artisan roasted coffee with vanilla syrup.
Available very soon!
Is the following post going be a bit macabre? Yes. Am I sorry? No! :) It is but a metaphor.
I find Haruspicy to be a remarkably fascinating ancient practice. It may not have its place in the modern times in its ancient form, but I think we not only as witches and spiritual people, but as humans have much to learn from the method itself. Why not learn from history and adapt it to today?
Instead of using livestock, I do believe we have to spend time examining ourselves, reaching deep inside, into our own gut and core, exposing the hidden things inside to the light. We should prod them with a stick to figure out what drives us, what eats us and where all the twists and know what we are made of. Shadow work in its most raw form.
We spend so much time of our lives hiding the inner workings of our mind, denying many of our needs and instincts even exist sometimes to the point that these shadows find different, more obscure ways to control our thoughts and actions. If we bring these shadow selves, the hidden wants and needs onto the surface, we give ourselves the opportunity to learn how and why they exist and how we can work with them, instead of against them. How to feel whole, true and honest. I think that is where true personal power lies. In honesty. And truth.
And the truth is, the human body and psyche is beautiful and perfect. There is no need to mangle and hide either, especially from itself. Work with them. Use them in their entire potential.
I feel like i should add some disclaimers, that this is is a hyperbole and not in any way meant to encourage people to try self-disembowelment, but I am sure that is clear :) What this post goes to say is, you are all beautiful and you deserve to know it and show it!

Our Lilith’s Parlour perfume oil is big on the granny goth aesthetic. It’s a tremendously dark and very old fashioned perfume while still remaining evocative and darkly seductive. Narcissus flower combines with cedar and leather while a drop of honey and a swirl of caramel cuts the darkness and gives way to tobacco on the drydown. 🖤

Lantana camara 🌿🌸 Beautiful flowering plant from the verbena family [Verbenacaece] is also known as big-sage, wild-sage, white-sage, red-sage, and tick-berry. Disruption of farmlands and toxic to livestock, this tantalizing weed is both hated and revered. Medical usage of the leaves come from their antimicrobial, fungicidal and insecticidal properties. 🧙🏻♀️🔮 [Use to treat cancer, skin itches, leprosy, rabies, chicken pox, measles, asthma and ulcers.] 🌝 🌚 It has the ability to last for a relatively long time without water and it does not have many pests or diseases. In fact, L. camara is often used to host butterflies including the largest of the Western Hemisphere, Papilio Homerus. 🦋 #herbgarden#alchemist#thaumaturge#plants#magic#medicine#shaman#earth#sage#apothecary#knowledgeispower#plantschool#plantscience#nature#witchcraft#city
After speaking with the diver for a while, he invited me to his home and allowed me to transcribe the map tattoo into my notes. He was warm and cheerful, and told me that only one or two others had ever come by looking for it in his lifetime - when he was young and his father was the one who had it.
I told him my research says that are three pieces to the map. I already have a copy of the second piece, scribbled on a scrap of paper in the back of a book I’d bought years ago. I asked if he knew where I could find the third, and he said my best bet would be to continue north.
I will leave in a few days. In the meantime, the diver has kindly offered me somewhere to stay while I collect and document the unusual seaweed species that are native to the cove.
