So I thought it fitting to share my shake today, as my Friday Food Find. Today in the mail I got my 365 shake package. Aside from the fact that I got a new shaker cup (honestly, I don't need another!), the real big deal is that this package reminded me that it's been one year since I decided to make a change. I decided I was sick of feeling bad about myself and I said yes to the next thing, that, honestly, I thought I'd eventually fail at too. Ingredientes: 🥞 1 taza harina all purpose (puede ser @bobsredmillmexico sin gluten o cualquiera incluso de trigo)
🥞 1/3 taza de cacao natural @estadonaturalmx
🥞 1 cdta polvo para hornear sin aluminio
🥞 1/2 cdta bicarbonato de sodio 🥞 1/2 cdta sal de mar 🥞 2 huevos orgánicos grandes, batidos 🥞 1/2 taza de leche de almendra o cualquier otra que les guste. Si no te importa que tenga lácteos, te recomiendo sustituir por kefir para hacerlos aún más esponjosos. 🥞 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco 🥞 cacao nibs o chispas de chocolate oscuro sin azúcar, al gusto
🥞 toppings: @saraisspreads de cacao+avellana y pistache natural •
1️⃣ En un bowl grande, mezcla todos los ingredientes líquidos.
2️⃣ En otro bowl, mezcla todos los ingredientes secos (menos las chispas o los nibs), y agrega a la mezcla líquida hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
3️⃣ Calienta un sartén a fuego medio con un poco de aceite de coco.
4️⃣ Vacía un cucharón de la mezcla y deja cocinar de un lado hasta que aparezcan burbujas y las orillas estén firmes (aprox 2 minutos), y voltea del otro lado.
5️⃣ Pro tip: mantén tus #hotcakes calientitos en lo que terminas de prepararlos todos, manteniéndolos adentro de un horno a temperatura baja (aprox 100°C)
6️⃣ Para servir, agrega el spread seguido de pistache partido. Puedes también agregar ralladura de chocolate oscuro •
