Like every morning, we went down for our morning walk this morning, and our dear Riley got bitten on his testicles by another 😅.
It was a blessing that the owners of the other dog were very forthcoming and apologetic, but neither was I critical nor demanding for compensation. It is true that the person that you talk to is a reflection of yourself. If you are nasty, the other party will usually be nasty back!
In conclusion, they were willing to pay for the vet consultation and treatment. When we got back home, I fed him a few mouthfuls of Raphsody cos of it's high anti-inflammatory characteristics and also promotes repair.
Now let's do all the right things to ensure he maintains he manhood 😅
Why you need to eat more avocados... 🥑 It was Avocados vs. George McGovern back in 1976…Anyone here ever heard of Senator George McGovern? Senator McGovern is the reason we have government dietary guidelines and his efforts resulted in the low-fat movement in the late 1970's. Based on research at the time, this seemed to be the proper response to an increase in deaths due to heart disease. But, times have changed, and modern research as shown that eating HEALTHY FATS DOESN'T make you fat, nor does it lead to heart disease. 🥑

Healthy fats: ➡️Are anti-inflammatory by nature, thereby fighting inflammation in your body ➡️Slow the digestive process, making you feel fuller longer ➡️Helps you absorb fat-soluble vitamins & nutrients ➡️Decrease the blood sugar spike after eating carbs ➡️Keep your blood sugar low and hunger hormones stable . 🥑
I personally have maintained a 7-8lbs weight loss just by incorporating more healthy fats in my diet. I still eat 🍕 and drink 🍻, but make it a point to eat several sources of healthy fats each day. 🥑

Hello friends! So I've been traveling for work the past 1.5 days and am off to another destination in a few minutes. Traveling takes a toll on your routine, unfortunately. 🛫
I'm currently sitting at a bar, waiting for my next flight. Dinner is a salad, but not a healthy one. This place had 2 options, the 1st was too similar to the salad I had for lunch so I went for the other option. But really, it's super sugar-laden. Dried cranberries, dried apricots, sugared pecans and a raspberry vinegrette...all super high in sugar. 🛫
My point here is just awareness. Just because you order a salad, doesn't mean it's healthy. Take a closer look at the ingredients and see where there are hidden sugars. 🛫
And yes, that's a beer you see off to the right....cuz.... I don't do perfection....just wish I had a healthier salad. 😁
