Diese Fische sind reich an Histidin (einer Aminosäure), – wenn der Fisch stirbt, dann können die Skambroid und weitere Histamin bildende Bakterien weiterleben und in einem chemischen Prozess aus Histidin Histamin herstellen. Besonders in den warmen Gebieten des Golfstromes können diese Bakterien sich stark vermehren und weiterleben. In conclusion, they were willing to pay for the vet consultation and treatment. When we got back home, I fed him a few mouthfuls of Raphsody cos of it's high anti-inflammatory characteristics and also promotes repair.

But, times have changed, and modern research as shown that eating HEALTHY FATS DOESN'T make you fat, nor does it lead to heart disease. 🥑 
Eating healthy fats is an ESSENTIAL and critical part of your diet. 🥑 
Healthy fats: ➡️Are anti-inflammatory by nature, thereby fighting inflammation in your body ➡️Slow the digestive process, making you feel fuller longer ➡️Helps you absorb fat-soluble vitamins & nutrients ➡️Decrease the blood sugar spike after eating carbs ➡️Keep your blood sugar low and hunger hormones stable . 🥑 
I personally have maintained a 7-8lbs weight loss just by incorporating more healthy fats in my diet. I still eat 🍕 and drink 🍻, but make it a point to eat several sources of healthy fats each day. 🥑

WELCHES BROT BEI HIT?
Generell sollte bei Brot auf Bioqualität geachtet werden, denn dann sind keine Füllstoffe oder Emulgatoren etc. im Brot enthalten. Meist wird Backferment oder Sauerteig als Basis besser vertragen als das traditionelle Hefebrot. Wichtig: Der Zusammenhang zwischen Histamin und einer Hefeunverträglichkeit ist medizinisch nicht nachgewiesen. Der Histamingehalt von Hefe liegt deutlich unter 10 mg/kg und bei durchschnittlichem Brotverbrauch nehmen wir ungefähr 5g Hefe auf. Der Gärprozess von Hefe wird im Übrigens beim Backen unterbrochen und so kann das Brot auch einige Tage aufgehoben werden, ohne dass etwas passiert. 
Allerdings vertragen die meisten Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten oder Intoleranzen eine stärke- und zuckerreduzierte Ernährung sehr viel besser, denn das entlastet den Darm. Es kann auch Sinn machen für einige Zeit auf Gluten zu verzichten.

Hello friends! So I've been traveling for work the past 1.5 days and am off to another destination in a few minutes. Traveling takes a toll on your routine, unfortunately. 🛫
I'm currently sitting at a bar, waiting for my next flight. Dinner is a salad, but not a healthy one. This place had 2 options, the 1st was too similar to the salad I had for lunch so I went for the other option. But really, it's super sugar-laden. Dried cranberries, dried apricots, sugared pecans and a raspberry vinegrette...all super high in sugar. 🛫
My point here is just awareness. Just because you order a salad, doesn't mean it's healthy. Take a closer look at the ingredients and see where there are hidden sugars. 🛫
And yes, that's a beer you see off to the right....cuz.... I don't do perfection....just wish I had a healthier salad. 😁

Grüner Smoothie mit Wassermelone 
Verträgst du Wassermelone? Wassermelone gilt (leider) als Histaminliberator, ist aber so toll frisch und gesund! Ansonsten kannst du die Wassermelone sehr gut mit Apfel oder Beeren ersetzen.
- 1 Handvoll Basilikum (enthält Mangan, Kupfer und Vitamin C)
- 1 Handvoll Petersilie (reinigt das Blut und hilft bei Entgiftung)
- 1 Handvoll grüner Salat (asiatische Mischung mit viel Bitterstoffen für die Leber & die Verdauung)
- ca. 6 Stück Wassermelone (gerne ersetzen mit Himbeeren z.B.)
- etwas Salz, 1 TL Öl
- 1 EL Chia Samen (Omega 3 & zahlreiche Mineralien, Vitamine und Spurenelemente)
- Wasser 300-400ml

#Himbeeren haben meiner Information nach kein Histamin, aber andere biogene Amine wie Tyramin. Das kann selten zu Problemen führen. Wenn du auf Nummer Sicher gehen willst, dann verwende lieber Blaubeeren / Heidelbeeren.
