To live with anxiety is to be a good juggler. I have to let go all my fears, throw them in the air, and deal with just a few at a time.
But, they come back in packs, all over me. I collapse on the floor buried in all my fears until I'm strong enough to stand up and start all over again throwing my fears to the sky.
Looking back on the trip now I see just how much I’ve grown, how important family has been to the development to my journey and how much is still left to do. The elements of our journey come from our experiences, good and bad, our successes and failures, our positive and negative influences. I am grateful for the past, extremely thankful for the present and very excited about what the future holds.

Earth: the only home we have. Protect it, respect it, love it ... and it will protect, respect and love us back. 🌎🌍🌏 Happy Earth Day! (Thank you @adventureantigua for taking me here. Love this view of Antigua! 🙌🏼)

Eco tour: @adventureantigua
Quick stopover to break up the trip back to the boat. We stayed in a great family suite at the Hostel Adra. Amazing lattes in the morning in the artsy courtyard. Cruised cobblestone streets and found an amazing view of the volcano from the surprisingly beautiful courtyard of a McDonald's. #antigua#volcanos#temmetravels
