Metafit has done wonders for my strength and stamina. I am a hockey player and regular Metafit classes defintely improved my staying power in the game. It's great on it's own but complements other sports too.I love the fact it's quick and intense and gets results especially when you are a busy Mum.
I am loving the metafit classes
They are varied so I never get bored.
They are high intensity which is great for fitness and weight loss.
Easy to fit into my busy schedule being at night and tend to be about 22 mins long.
Lucy is very motivating and support. She tailors the exercises around my individual needs which is great.

🔦What made you try crossfit? I started crossfit because of my brother that does professional rugby. He was keeping fitness up by doing crossfit with his mate & he wanted me to give it a go, & I have loved it ever since!
🔦How long have you been doing it for? I’ve been doing it for 12 months now.
🔦What impact has CF had on your life? It’s made a huge impact on my life I’ve learnt so much about nutrition, fitness & I’ve found my competitive sport and has given me the drive to achieve things in my life outside of crossfit like school.
🔦What’s a goal you’ve accomplished since joining? Becoming fitter, smarter & healthier in general & I have made friends that are pretty much family. I’ve accomplished finding my sport that brings enjoyment & a great feeling after doing it.
🔦What’s a goal you’re still working on? A great goal of mine would be to start competing & just get fitter.
🔦Favourite moment? Doing the open for the 1st time this year and going outside of my comfort zone
🔦What’s your favourite food? Would easily be a nice green curry.
🔦Any advice for someone thinking about trying CF for the first time? My main advice would be give it a proper go and don’t be afraid of not being good enough, crossfit is for anyone!
