I have a sweet tooth and a big one at that, so to keep me on track with my daily calories Iv chosen some lower calorie treats to fit into my daily routine try to keep this 250 calories max out of your day and keep the rest healthy nutritious foods, making small changes to your daily routine really do count! *** scary post alert 🚨****** Probably one of the scariest things Iv put on here, ever... but after asking clients to take progression pictures I thought it was fair to make myself accountable to my own journey and what I preach...... Over the last 6 months Iv put on over a stone from stress eating and no sleep routine, (opps 🙈 #baggytopsarelife ) After a small kick up the bum from being congratulated twice in the last two months on apparently being Virgin Mary 👀
I finally feel like I’m beginning to pull it back in, Iv got a lil way to go to get back to where I was, but more importantly then the scales, I’m feeling a lot healthy physically, and turning bad habits around back to my normal self which is making me much more mentally positive.... so what Iv done to gain control .. tracked everything Im eating and simply stopped over eating in comparison to the calories I’m burning on a daily basis, there’s simply no point focusing on anything else, macros/the latest new diet trend...until you’ve got the basics, if you skip them your not going to achieve the results you want or could risk relapsing ... they really do count, there’s no easy fix or fast method in this game, so who’s with me on working on them health gains, inch losses and strong gains 💪🏻 because apparently summers around the corner and the cake diet isn’t maintainable 😒 #personaltrainer#ajbell#weightlossjourney#fatloss#liftlikeaboss#liftlikealady#multifitsalford#yourgym#alexbarkerfitness#accountability#fitnessjourney
When you get brought protein brownies 😍😍😍 Super proud of @becky_lloyd89 effort over the last few months, I always get 100% in our training sessions but Becky’s added even more exercise to her weekly routine and made a massive effort in the kitchen to stick to the calorie goals which has resulted in them inches lost 💪🏻

Working on my press above head to aid weightlifting 5x5 failed on the last two so turned them into push press, it’s an exercise I always used to avoid as I never wanted big shoulders, safe to say my shoulders haven’t grown but my lifts are improving with the strength Gaines 💪🏻

My Strength is beginning to come back after 6 months of maintaining, a main focus for the next 5 weeks is to build it 💪🏻 A question Iv been asked several times this week: what can I do to tone up but not weights, I don’t want to look massive! trust me girls weights won’t make you massive after 7 years I’m still not there so unless you know a secret i don’t know! We simply don’t have enough testosterone in us however

Today I remembered how scary it can be walking over to the weights room, to do something totally new by myself, really glad I did though and soon remembered like I had 7 years ago when I first lifted a weight that no one cares

On the Sunday Food Prep list today were these treats
1 1/2 scoop Whey protein
Literally took me 5 minutes to make, blend the almonds then add raisins and whey once blended together roll onto 7 individual balls, then pop in the fridge.
