Well done to everyone that has recently completed the first 12 weeks of our Prime Evolution foundation programme.
To everyone that is currently working through phase one ... keep going and remember to use the Prime Evolution members only Facebook group. As a team we are proud to have an online group as supportive and dedicated as they are to help each other through the many challenges that arise. Everyone in this group is incredible and their collective contribution has shown true value in helping many towards their ongoing development.
A lot of work has been ongoing behind the scenes for ‘phase two’ which is integrating a lot of new concepts and adding to the Mind / Body and Nutrition foundation programme.
To those that are tempted ... just ask our members.
To those that are working through the foundation programme - keep going it will all be worth it!
... and to those that have finished - standby for Phase two!

Throwing it back to one of the best nights of my life! Not a day goes by where I don’t think about this experience, and how grateful I am to be a part of American Ninja Warrior Season 10.
🐅 Hip flexors are tight like a tiger? Check on these three mobility pieces that involve just your body and the floor!
1️⃣ Upward Facing Dog + Rotation: Start by laying on the ground and press up to full extension of the elbow while legs and pelvis stay just off the ground. Look high to the sky, use child’s pose as recovery, and then enter the same position, but this time rotate and look over the right or left shoulder. You’ll feel this not only in your hip flexors, but also your external obliques and abdominals!
2️⃣ Half Kneeling Active Hip Flexor Stretch: Begin in a half kneeling position with foot in front of the knee. Set your hips by posteriorly shifting your pelvis and driving your entire body forward. From here, add rotation and talk reaches as needed to get more slack out of your hip flexors!
3️⃣ Half Kneeling Hip Flexor + Quad: Same position as before, however we reach across the body to grab the opposite ankle. From here, reach tall and lean into the stretch.
🎵Hip flexor mobility is music to your lower back and overall hip health. If you sit all day or are having trouble getting down into the bottom of your squat, try these three simple mobility pieces out! Hope this helps! @blackflag_athletics @tom_rini @rehabscience @strengthcoachtherapy @drliebel @mikereinold
A husky recalling 😱
Early morning training session with Cody not many distractions but he still did very well.
Can’t stress how important recall is. Every dog no matter what the breed should have a solid recall put the time and training in and you will get there. Some breeds may be faster than other but there shouldn’t be an exemption. I will do a whole post on this later in the week 🐾
Throw back Thursday - when Sam used to play agility. It was never her thing, but training all the pieces helped her come out of her shell and made us both figure out how to make life easier for her ♥️ #tbt#samantha#pointerhound#weavepoles#agility
So we’ve started with some more important handling training. This nose-bridge-against-hand will be a sign for handling in many sort of ways. Check eyes, ears, head, teeth and so on. Also for brushing his teeth. He can release anytime he wants during handling and then I respect that. We’re only working with the optional handling over here.

1st sprint vs Last sprint
I was thoroughly impressed to see the changes this young athlete was able to make in just one session.
His session consisted of A-Skips and wall drills to reinforce good body positions in between 3 sets of sprints. He only ran 9 total sprints, we are looking for quality over quantity. •
I showed him the videos from 1 sprint in each set, so he could see the positions he was getting in to. With the increase of technology, kids are visual learners now more than ever. Sometimes, it is beneficial to show your athlete what you’re seeing vs what you would like to see
Ninja Cats Kids Week 1!
These little ninjas did stellar during their first lesson last weekend. After our mobility and agility warm-up we started learning new skills like jumping, landing, and rolling. After a little ninja practice they were able to go into stealth mode & complete our first circuit! #ninjacats#buildingstrongeryouth
Today @hannahbatte14 and I went introduce Rhaegar and Brees to the agility course. Bree’s liked the A beam...It took Ray some time to be comfortable climbing it, but he’ll figure anything out for a treat.
Tennis specific agility training
Saw this speed test drill done by @noahrubin33 and on @tennisacademy101 so thought I’d give it ago!
Think it took me 17 seconds but definitely need to have another go with someone timing it 👌
