Descripción del Taller:
En este taller se trabajarán diferentes caídas, donde el punto de
partida del armado será desde la inversión y desde la llave de
cadera.

Duración: 3 horas
Se realizarán treinta minutos de calentamiento y reconocimiento
postural para el adecuado manejo del cuerpo en cada caída.
Seguidamente durante dos horas y media se practicarán las caídas
con sus respectivos armados y desarmados, finalizando el encuentro con un estiramiento y relajación.

Day 22: Climb- I am doing a Russian side lean into the twisted Russian. I'm sure everyone has different names for these moves but it's a fun way to get up the silks. The struggle was real this day because I had very little sleep and a whole lot of food right before coming to the gym.
Bonus of listening to us talk about the waffle house shooting that took place in our city.

Day 23: conditioning - pike to pencils. A good thing about this challenge is you video your conditioning and see places where you need to clean up form. I need to stack myself better in this sequence. .
