Instagram help a girl out: Must say I am very lucky/blessed 🍀 to be able to have to make these decisions but I would love some honest opinions of those outside my current bubble as I keep going back and forth and both have their pros.
I currently hold a management position that I truly enjoy, but work 50-60 hours a week leaving me limited time for friends/family/travel and most importantly my health (my allergies/potential surgeries/weight loss/fitness - the whole 9). The job is in my field of study, hospitality, with a fantastic company (albeit limited benefits) and I could truly see myself being with this company for the long haul — I finally found my niche in this humungous industry. I’m also on a fast track for growth and promotion. I’m currently salaried but with my hours end up making only $10-12/hr and I know I’m at the maximum end of what they pay my current level and my location’s budget doesn’t allow for an increase (I can manage all my bills with this salary but I also rent a room out of my house to cover 🏠 expenses)
On the flip side, I could be a “career server.” I could work 12 hours and make the same money I currently make in salaried position. Picking up extra shifts as I see fit. This would give me the opportunity for family/friends/travel/health/fitness (the whole 9 I currently DON’T) have time for but I’m not emotionally fulfilled by what I do. I don’t enjoy the work — it’s just that work. Also, my benefits are 1000x better (even being part time). This could set me up financially for when I do want to start a family and also allow me to work very part-time hours and not see a decrease in income.
I’m sooo very very torn. Career that I love and am proud of with limited everything else or everything else but having a job I’m not proud of...that’s just a job.
If I were you... what would you do?!?!?! #help#confused#lifechoices#forkintheroad#careerwoman#hospitality#workaholic#healthylifestyle#fitnessmotivation#fitness#family#travel

We miss you JM!!! With so much borrowing from Nana Addo- Bawumiah government, no single project has been done. All they know is Family and Friends rule and chop chop by only relatives and friends.

Co je pro tebe víc?.. mít plnej sejf, nebo úsměv na tváři a usínat večer v posteli s pocitem, joo dneska jsem udělal něco báječného! ✌🏾
