Yang, Yin. 🌗🌓 Light, Dark. ☀️🌑 Above, Below. ✨🌎 The left, logical 🧐, masculine 💪🏽 side of the brain is more associated with finding answers and understanding facts 💯, rather than dealing with the right, creative 🎨, more feminine-brained 🌸 parts of life.
The cool thing about knowing these parts of life exist is that, NOW, you can make a conscious effort towards making your brain (or any other part of life) the way you want it.
If you’re just too much of a man to shed a tear in front of another hueman, maybe you should focus more on the right side of your brain from your day to day!

Everyday is a new day...or actually-it’s the same exact day...you get the chances to do what you didn’t do yesterday! We live in a glorious time of self discovery and mind opening advancements. The future looks a lot different than I thought it would when I was 5🧐 instead of flying cars we have discovered that electrons become waves of potential(instead of solid reality)when being observed...we are really taking into account the dimensions behind reality itself. The unanswered questions we all assumed could NEVER be answered in our lifetime such as-our genetics and what DNA actually tells us about our ancestry-we are of celestial/alien genes. Have you ever wondered why there is SO MUCH missing in the history books? The completely blank gap between Neanderthals and Homosapiens. The more you look into real questions, the more materialistic life dissolved around you because you understand what IS and IS not natural in this world. There is rubber in our shoes-out of all materials in this day and age we have stuck with rubber to wear between our bare feet and the Earth. Being skin to Earth contact instantly causes an uprush of negatively charged ions into our bloodstream that miraculously detoxifies our blood and gets rid of 100% of illnesses(heavier symptoms require longer contact. Atleast 45 min a day) All while clearing energy blockages and helping you vibrate higher.
It almost seems like everything tossed in our laps by societal norms and current paradigms is for one purpose-disrupting our auric field and altering our DNA.

Aliveness in your hands and feet. God is nearer to you than your hands and feet. It's inside your hands, your dancing feet. The feeling of being alive, a sense of a field of aliveness. Inner essence talking to me is when I make smiles to others. Yesterday I inspired a stranger and she commentated after our discussion about well being that I made her day. That lights me up. Fires me up to keep inspiring people. You walk away being present as I listened to it like my body was playing music. 🎶
Be present within. How? When you step out of your body your mind stops clammering and it increases inner body awareness. Mental noise dissipates, you feel your whole body and you perceive it as a newness, an aliveness with no tension.

The ‘fallen dancer’ ♥️ This was a pose I had never seen or heard of before being introduced to it by this amazing IG community. I saw a photo and was inspired to give it a go with no real idea how to approach it. After sorting it with trial and error, I eventually figured it out and it slowly progressed. This belly down dancer, like it’s upright relative, is a deep heart opener and hip flexor stretch. It’s less of a shoulder opener because the action in the arms is a pull down, rather than a pull back. To prepare the body for this pose, use a strap to lift the back leg and feel the pull forward with the arms. I have a block at a 45 degree angle supporting my chest to avoid coming too far forward before I’m ready. The block creates a supported lift (and is actually quite comfortable in this position). Coming all the way forward into the chest can feel compressive on the lungs. This prep is fairly passive. The tucked back toe can be added to the prep. The little push forward with the back foot helps to drive the hips forward and up, making it easier to draw the top leg forward. ♥️ Any time you’re trying something new, the key is to go slow and move with breath. 😊 Wearing @aloyoga - love this color palette!
#Mysterious sounds heard all over the world have researchers completely stumped. They’ve been happening for quite some time, with the latest example coming from Pennsylvania, with multiple townships being affected by these mysterious sounds, feeling their #vibration and waking them up in the middle of the night. It wasn’t long ago when residents in Alabama were left baffled when a loud boom resounded across much of the state.
No one seems to know the source of the mysterious, late-night booms that have been reported in an area of Pennsylvania, CBS Philadelphia reports. A majority of the reported sounds have taken place between the hours of 2 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. "It's like an explosion and of course, you know, it actually shakes your house," said Janice Crompton of Haycock Township. She and her daughter have heard the booms on two occasions.
Local police municipalities have been receiving reports of the sounds since early April, with the most recent one happening shortly after 4 a.m. Tuesday, according to Springfield Township police. "I thought maybe somebody was making a tunnel, or space junk fell out of the sky," said Susan Crompton. "It's a rumble. It actually, like, rumbles the ground like an earthquake would happen but with a loud like boom," she added. CBS Philadelphia confirmed that the FBI and Pennsylvania State Police are now investigating. #thetruthwillnotbetelevised
Are you going to develop the courage to take action even when you are afraid? Even when you feel defeated? Even when it’s ‘too cold’ or ‘too hot’? Even when you want to quit? Because your insecurities will always meet you where your growth begins. Your insecurities will tell you that you can’t, that you’re not good enough, that you’re crazy for even trying! What are you going to do when those thoughts come? Because that is the true test- Your adversities are really an inside battle. You vs you baby💗
Accept your feelings, then guide them. Many times, we look for validation for our feelings. We ask ourselves and others, “am I right for feeling the way I feel?” But really, does it matter? The first question never leads us to where we want to go. Often we’re too busy trying to figure out if it’s okay to feel the way we feel instead of actually feeling. .
I say skip the analyzing and accept your feelings for what they are in this moment. It doesn't matter whether an external circumstance justifies a bad feeling– the fact is, you’re still feeling. .
Sit with your emotion. Feel it. Accept that it is there, without judgement. Then, guide it. Reach for a thought that makes you feel better. We all have an emotional scale– ranging from feelings of despair to feelings of excitement and joy. Most of time, we fall somewhere between the two. But we can always feel better if and when we choose to. .
For example, if you're feeling sad– accept that the feeling is there. There’s nothing worse than feeling sad and then judging yourself for feeling sad. Most of us don’t walk around in complete bliss with a smile on our face 24hrs a day (although I do believe that’s possible). Regardless, you just know you want to feel better– and you can. Reach for any thought that makes you feel a little better. .
Believe it or not, anger can bring you out of despair because– at least you gain your power back. Just don’t get stuck there, of course. You can reach for a better feeling at any time– but we must accept where we are in order to get to where we want to go. 💛 -alicialauren
