Seriously though her Body! Does she ever age! 😂 this is why you need to work out ladies and lift weights. It does not make you look masculine but simply your body looks better and this gives you a self esteem boost. Your stamina becomes better. Your strength increases as well as stronger bones and joints which can prevent osteoporosis as you get older ladies. The more toned your muscles the easier to maintain weight. For example for every pound of muscle your body has you burn an extra approx 50 calories per day! Lift those weights girls!! 💪🏼

Whilst everyone was looking at the dress (and this one is my fave) I was looking at her arms and shoulders! This woman has an insane body. Sculpted shoulders and arms, feminine but toned. Amen princess 🙌🏼🔥🍑💪🏼
It’s the one and only @sharonbrooks1 birthday in 6 weeks time so we have new goals... sexy at sixty 😜 when we started training together over a year ago Sharon wanted to look and feel better and had a rotator cuff injury. With time and patience we have come so far, her fitness is amazing, cardio health has improved, inches lost and we have seen progress. Yesterday was the first time I gave Sharon my own personal workout which she completed successfully in good time. We used to struggle to finish 2x any exercise last year. Yesterday she completed 4 sets of 12! You go girl. So proud of you!! Ps sorry for the aching. You will thank me one day 😂❤️🔥🍑

NEW BLOG POST | It’s taken a few weeks to be able to put something that made sense on to paper but my @londonmarathon review is complete ✅ it wasn’t pretty but it was a memory, I’ll be back to smash it in a future year 👊🏻
It’s really not long until #vitality10000 so I though I’d go out there and run a 10k, but then messed up my route planning so I would have done 6.4miles, but I like things neat and tidy so I had to round it up to 7miles. I’m glad I did though as I felt good actually and could have carried on if I wanted to.
I am using strava on my Apple Watch now instead of a Garmin, I like it but I want it to display my overall pace not my current pace, anyone know how to change it?
Also first time I’ve worn my visor out on a run, and I absolute love it!
Finally I completely blame @mrs_tremelling and @barbertronruns for encouraging me to listen to The Greatest Showman soundtrack, and I feel the need to apologise to anyone who heard me singing along to ‘From now on’, my thoughts are with your ears right now! 😂

I’m feeling pretty good at the moment, still enjoying running and enjoying that I don’t seem to have much fatigue in my legs, despite having a long time off running. •
Not long now until #vitality10000 and I’m pleased to get a couple of 10k’s under my belt before the day, and hopefully I’ll have a better race day than I had on my last proper race (London Marathon 2017), then I’ll finally put all running strongholds behind me!

First #runcommute from my new office 🙌🏼 first 1.5 Miles were a nightmare, weaving through tourists and commuters, but soon I was in Hyde park and then quieter, residential streets! Fab weather for it too! In other news....I’ve entered the Dublin rock n roll half marathon in August 🕺🏽Super excited! Anyone run it before? It’ll be my first rock n roll series race too 🤘🏼
