Three days later and I still have the worst doms all through my quads and glutes. •
Few more days and I’ll be back with my family. It’s a hard stretch but I’m only gone a week. Really feel for our men and women that are serving overseas for months on end!

Oh, yeah! I decided to have a shirt made for the Push 4 Rehab Strongman event this weekend and I think it turned out sweet! . There's a mindset that has formed within and around online tacticool tribes, where a mantra of "zero effs given" has become trendy. I don't know where this started but I've been opposed to it since day 1. This has been blown even further out of proportion by the alarming number of nut-huggers that like to pretend they're part of it (whether it's this, hoping to be seen wearing silkies, training in a MOLLE chest rig, or a number of other tropes that have popularized since the rise of IG), yet have never even seen the inside of a MEPS. . But here's the thing: Real recognize real. All y'all out there screaming "I.D.G.A.F." are just wrapping yourselves in a film of transparency. You think you're joining the pack, but you're just setting yourself apart from those of us who have been in situations that force you to look inward and count how many things you truly give an eff about. You're nothing more than sheep in a Sheep Dog's clothing. . This is my response. This is what I give an eff about. It's one of many things, but one that still brings a tear to my eye. It's why I founded Whiskers 4 Warriors and continue to seek ways to provide help, the efforts of which I'm about to ramp up for even greater things!

Guys grab a 20kg or 24kg (or 28kg)

2 Goblet Squats
2 One Arm KB Swings
2 KB Presses
2 KB Snatches
1 Half Get Up (start from the top position with KB over your head and work your way down)

Switch Arms and repeat.. Now
