One sluggish Sunday afternoon, I just completed watching the famous Bergman movie "The Seventh Seal". I was in deep thoughts about the starkly existential and boldly poetic movie. I stepped out on the Balcony and saw a charcoal sky promising rain. I put on a coat and my shoes and off I went. Oh, I took my one of the most favorite companions- my camera!
I decided to walk towards the lake. The wind grew stronger and stronger with each step. I felt the wind would level even the mightiest of trees. Nothing teaches us determination the way wind teaches us; I kept on walking towards the lake.
Thunder rumbled in the distance and I saw a dramatic interplay of rain and rainbow on the horizon. After that day, I never met an afternoon like that. I miss it and I want to meet an afternoon like that once again.
I am waiting!
