Feeling like I’m in Greece & extremely at peace!
What a way to start of your Monday than with a meal at @estiatorio_milos South Beach! Pretending like I’m in the middle Greece was definitely made super easy with the gourmet food, relaxing atmosphere and incredible and knowledgeable staff. Talk about the BEST Greek salad I have tasted since I was in the middle of Mykonos 2 years ago. Forreal, their feta is out of control delicious! The food is gourmet and fantastic and we got the best of the best dishes. The peppers were super fresh and flavorful, the dip trio mezze had some of the best tahini I have ever tasted in my life (there was even a little kick to it!), the zucchini eggplant tower takes the cake for most unique and delicious dish, and of COURSE you can’t go wrong with the lobster pasta. I would say it’s been a pretty good Monday. When you’re in need for a trip to a remote Greek island but don’t have the time, book a res here, you won’t regret it!

RIGHT INTO 4️⃣Standing 90 Degree Leg Pulse. 20 Reps. 5️⃣Elevates Side Lunges. 20 Reps. 6️⃣Squat Hold Alternating Shoulder Press. 20 Alternating Reps. OPTIONAL FOR INCREASE CELLULITE LOST..... Super active rest between sets: 1 min high knees no weight. . .
