For busy parents it can seem impossible to get a workout in consistently.
⏩First, you have to acknowledge that taking care of your self is important. Why? Because you take better care of the people you love when your taken care of!
⏩Next, don't try to blow up your schedule by planning hour long workouts multiple times each week. Start small and work with what's there. You can probably fine quite a few 10-20 minutes chunks where you can slip in a workout.
⏩Be prepared! Pack a gym bag that stays in the car so that you have workout clothes ready whenever you have time.
⏩Block out times in your planner! All the other important stuff goes there and so should this!
⏩Get 1 workout in early in the week. This sets the tone. If you keep pushing it back then before you know it you're waking up on Friday morning and you realize you missed an entire week!

Summer is almost here!☀️ With the new season comes a new workout schedule. I know that summers bring long weekend trips, late nights and longer days (Thank goodness!) so I wanted to make a schedule that would give you plenty of opportunities to get your workout in, without giving up all the joys of summer! 💪😁
CoFit will now have 3 evening options and 3 morning options! We will no longer meet Monday morning so that you have 1 extra day to get back into a routine after your summer weekends! 😎🌭🍉⛳⛺⛵☀️
As always, your first 2 classes are totally free! 😊
These classes are for all fitness levels so no matter where you are at, we would love to have you!
