Yesterday, one of our team members, Tiffany, had this shot snapped of her in secret by one of our favorite clients while she was meeting with a business owner downtown. Afterward, she walked over and offered a glowing recommendation for us without us asking. Thank you @chattanoogainteriordesign for being a part of the Flypaper family! This is what it's all about. #supportinglocalbusinesssinceforever
when I get a chance to spoil @_hairbyaudrey ✨ || shes normally the one always spoiling me! This little gem worked with me almost 14 hours on Monday, and didn’t even complain 😜 She’s seriously the bomb.com.
Chattanooga has a lot to see inside the city limits, but who all has seen the famous ‘See Rock City’ barns still floating around all over the south? These landmarks are as infamous as Rock City itself. Thanks for the tag @caruhhlineee!

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Chelsea Osborne , from Shelbyville, TN, is a campaign specialist that manages digital campaigns for a variety of clients including the Baylor School and Johnson Audiology. She used to love NASCAR, but without Dale Jr. behind the wheel the flame seems to have burned out. So instead she cheers on UT football, loves on her two pups, and enjoys sucking down Mello Yello (ew). A couple times a year she moonlights as the Easter Bunny, and she is certain that global warming is a serious issue. Citing the fact that it snowed yesterday in April. We can't say for certain if this is definitive proof or not, but we agree that it has been too dang cold for this time of year. Thanks for all your hard work Chelsea!
A standing ovation for this beautiful post from @chattavore!

...is where the heart is (or, for my The Office fans out there, home is where the hardest).
I've lived in #Tennessee my entire life. I mean, I've lived within a 25 mile radius of where I was born for the last 39.5 years. And honestly, I can't imagine living anywhere else.
And this house? We've lived here for 16 years. 16 years this month, in fact. We were practically infants when we moved here, married just under a year, with stars in our eyes.
The stars are still there. Sometimes they get dimmed or hidden but they're still there. I still feel like a kid with big dreams, even if I'm an almost-40-year-old woman with even bigger dreams.
I love this state. I love this city. I love this house. I love this front door. I love this life and I am determined to make it exactly what I want it to be. For now, I am right where I need to be.
Over the past month since taking a break from this account, many things have happened. I cut off about six inches on my hair (swipe to see it!), I had my final tryout for cheerleading for my senior year (and made it!), I have gotten myself more organized, I have been more focused on my physical and mental health, and I have loved every minute of life. With that being said, I am nowhere close to being the girl I was before I found the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen program. I am more confident, a stronger writer and speaker, more community-based, and, overall, more mature. When I received my photos from Darren, I cried. A lot. But, this is not the last that the Miss America program or the Carl Perkins Civic Center will see of me; for I will be back, stronger than ever.
