Sunday long runs can get monotonous, more so for a solo runner. So you need to tweak your plan from time to time to keep it interesting. Today I challenged myself to run without any water ( it was 32 degrees at 5 am 😬 ) for as long as I could. The most excruciating part was at 17kms when I ran past a roadside vendor with his huge consignment of fresh coconuts 😬😬. I was almost hallucinating...imagining myself sipping its deliciously sweet water...while still running with a parched throat. Managed a very decent 24k. I know it’s a little crazy or even foolish...but I do what I do 😉🏃🏻♀️❤️. #mattrackmini
After eight years of spotting, I have finally caught a Plymouth Superbird in the wild. I found this parked at L'Escale in Greenwich, Connecticut today. To finally find one of these on the road is a dream come true. These are one of the most sought-after muscle cars out there with its 440 6-Barrel V8 and limited production of 1,935 cars.
Not only that, but my original name "Rivibird", the second half of that comes directly from this car.
