Go no further than the guild house for one of my favorite apps. Stuffed poblano pepper with goat cheese, shrimp and corn?? Yum. We followed that up with the orecchiette pasta with a light tomato made out of the duck fat and heirloom tomatoes mixed in the pasta. And finally, scallops. Perfectly cooked scallops.
#Taco after taco after taco after taco... and #queso (fresh tortilla chips, #chorizo , roasted #poblano , onion, #cotija , #cilantro ). I FINALLY made it into @crutacos! I fell real HARD for the Pork Belly taco with house quick #kimchi , cilantro, #sriracha aioli. It is SO very delicious. I also thoroughly enjoyed drinking a couple of Premier Cru #Margaritas (#GranAgaveTequila , House Agave Syrup, Lime, Muddled Orange). I love those nights (this night) when you call up a friend (@ms.sanchez.a) to say "Hi!" and it turns into a truly memorable experience & night. It was a wonderful first--and definitely not last--visit to #CruTacos . Thanks to Lauren (our waitress) for answering my many questions. Thanks to Jason for the great tips on parking if the parking lot is full. And it was great talking with you, @bigdogg711.
