We have had such a beautiful day in the Scottish Borders catching up with friends , having a veggie BBQ , a walk in the forest and a bonfire at the beAch 🌊🌿 it's been such nice weather in Scotland , Hope it doesn't end ! This time next week we will be in Greece which we can't wait for!
So, I stopped counting points. Instead, I’ve been eating Whole Foods and limiting my intake of white flour. And I’m seeing and feeling results! This has been my afternoon snack over the last few days-it is so scrumptious!
Takeaway 🍴Being time poor or not wanting to cook doesn’t have to mean unhealthy! How lucky are we that there are now so many healthier options for convenient meals? Check out your local fish or roast chicken store; many now do grilled options and have loads of salad or veggie options too! 👍
El famoso “Guacahummus” 🥑 aguacate, hummus, arugula y aceite de oliva con sal rosa 👅 en pan sin gluten o de masa madre ✨ Mejor combinación, imposible 🙌🏼 Thanks to @travelfarglutenfree for the awesome photo!!! ❤️
Q: Is It hard or expensive
A: It just depends on you. You Can Make A Cleanse Both Easy and Cheap.
To save time, try making your juice for the day in bulk the night before. The juice will last in glass jars in the fridge for up to three days. Plus, you can multi-task while you juice by watching your favorite movie or TV shows, listening to a book on tape or radio program, or catching up with a loved one.
You can save money and get quality organic ingredients by buying your fruits and veggies from farmers directly at a farmers market, or get a farm share (or jump on a friend’s farm-share). Buy fruits and veggies in season at the co-op or your favorite supermarket because those are usually the items that are on sale. If you can’t afford all-organic, then choose wisely. Kris Carr, author of Crazy, Sexy, Diet has this handy guide to the “clean fifteen” and “the dirty dozen.” The “clean fifteen” refers to produce grown with minimal pesticides, or are eaten in such a way that you are unlikely to consume too much poison, whereas the “dirty dozen” are loaded with pesticides. You don’t have to buy a brand spanking new fancy juicer either. You can buy one used, borrow one from a friend, or use a blender and strain out the pulp with cheesecloth. .
I’m sort of in the “in between” right now with recipes. Getting ready to start the Elimination Diet in a few days but not jumping the gun and cracking down just yet. So I’m still having gluten... potatoes... and some chocolate 🍫 It’s recommended to have a baseline and to write down your symptoms so you have something to compare. 🤷🏼♀️
My tummy doesn’t feel amazing rn and in a way I’m glad because it’s just keeping me motivated to figure it all out!
These Potato and Pea Croquettes are a healthyish plant based appetizer- one of my favorites! The recipe is on the blog ✨
Hope you’re having an amazing Wednesday! Sorry if I’m boring right now, inspiration comes and goes and I promise it will be back next week with SUPER CLEAN recipes for the cleanse! 💚☺️
Pina coladas from yesterday with my dad 🍍😂 fun fact I only like really sweet alcohol drinks (I.e. The ones where you can't taste the alcohol) which apparently is dangerous but I've never been that drunk- I know when to stop myself so I guess I'm safe 🙈

Focus on adding rather than subtracting. Removing can become so overwhelming if you’re really attached to that habit, even if it’s not serving you.
Adding is easier, more fun, more interesting, there’s no attachment because it’s new.
So rather than thinking about all the foods that you could do without but aren’t quite ready to leave behind just yet, simply add more good foods.
Add a green smoothie to your morning routine.
Add a light stretch session before going to bed.
Add a walk to the supermarket to your week.
Add a couple of pages of reading to your netflix time.
Focus on adding.
By this you’re always focusing on abundance, on whats available to you rather than what no longer will be.
Also I have found that habits are more likely to stick when you build on them.
Your green smoothie might lead to a whole food lunch.
A light stretch session might lead to a yoga class.
A walk to the supermarket might lead to a walk to work.
A couple pages of reading might lead to a solid reading routine.
Start slow, keep it sustainable and make it enjoyable 🌞
As my collection is getting bigger and bigger and some shoes really SUCK. I def want to share my honest opinion with you. Because some of them cost 140€+ and after testing them I wouldn't buy them for 5€.
Check out my upcoming YT vids for that. ✌❤ Lukas ☺
There is beauty everywhere if you care to look..don’t take away the beautiful moments that are available to you everyday just because you are not exactly where you want to be in life. I get sad, angry and frustrated about the state of the world everyday but I always choose to come back to joy. The world needs citizens who have come alive and that have love and joy to share. Shine your beautiful light all over the place 💜💕💜#love#kindness#gratitude
I came across a photo last night (that I can’t wait to share with y’all later) that made me stand up and take notice about a lot of things. Food, lifestyle, environment, relationships, etc.... You’re either fueling yourself or poisoning yourself in every single choice you make. You can choose junk food or you can choose food that heals you from the inside out. You can choose healthy relationships or you can choose to stay in something you know is toxic. You can choose a fulfilling lifestyle or you can choose to ignore the read flags of abuse. The choice is yours. Which one will you choose today?! #thechoiceisyours
My favorite made up term that my family uses is “happy” as a noun. Basically when someone give you something just to lighten your soul. They are typically small and surprises, like your favorite bag of nuts or a pack of notecard that made them think of you.. basically my favorite! And that’s what I like to think of this little surprise sale from Young Living. An already amazing deal of my favorite goodies for just *that* much more off to help you take the plunge into wellness in a new level for you and your family. Can I please help you? I would be delighted 🤗
