This is how my spinning classes look like. Made some pizze for @lennyberger and @chrischkegram yesterday in the Roccbox on the sunny balcony. The pies turned (sorry) out to be pretty nice, whaddayasay?
Getting my cheese on while in Chicago for a quick trip! I stopped by @rootspizza for the first time. They are known for their Quad City style pizza which I had never had before but definitely a big fan! I love that the cheese is on top of the regular toppings 😍
This weather blows. I'm so sick of it. I'm not sick of the #pizzatour though. People ask, do you ever get sick of doin it? Idk, do you ever get sick of asking stupid questions? Getting sick of eating pizza is like getting sick of breathing. It don't make sense. What does make sense is choosing a tour stop close to home when you're gettin smacked by an ice storm in the middle of April. 🙄🙄Bringing us to Frenchy's Restaraunt and Pizzeria on Niagara Street in Niagara Falls. Our large pie was bordered by an ample edge handle that was soft n doughy. The bottom dough was thin and topped with a savory tomato sauce, ladled on with a 5 gallon bucket. Slight exaggeration sure, but stick with me here. They follow it up with a tasty mozzarella and again did not hold back on the topping. The cheese pull was exquisite. Their pepperoni were flat and thin but flavorful and crispy around their edges. They nailed the cook time on this pie as it was slightly well done. A little sloppy towards the middle but in these times of missile strikes and marches for everything, I've got better things to worry about. I'd throw 4⭐️'s at it, while the wife was a little more pleased giving it 4.5⭐️'s out of 5. #Frenchys#FrenchysPizza#Pizza#PizzaTour#PizzaGang#ILovePizza#PizzaIsLife#OnToTheNextOne#SexySlices#PizzaGram#PiesAreBetter#PieTillIDie#BuffaLove#NiagaraFallsPizza#BuffaloEats#BuffaloMunchies
First attempt of a New York style pizza in the Roccbox. This was upside down: Layer of cheese, then sauce and topped with pepperoni. Look at those nice little cups of goodness! Pretty pleased with the pizza although it was my standard neapolitan dough without any olive oil in it, cooked on lowest flame. Next time I'll try it with proper NY dough.
