When I’m back from the US I’m kicking things into diet mode. I’m not doing a prep but my basic approach is going to be full on for 5-5.5 days. Low carb, high fat approach (NOT KETO 🤦🏻♂️) Calories will still be “high” probably aim to start around 4000/day and adjust from there. No changes to cycle, cardio, training.
On Saturday eve/Sunday’s I’ll eat relax off; I know my body pretty well and I have a lucky metabolism. 24 hours off plan won’t undo 5.5 days of dieting for me.
Obviously if I was going for a show@things would be different but that’s not for me right now and it’s important I enjoy some things in life and not miss out of things due to being “hardcore”

After spending time working on Oli’s airsquat during previous sessions - squat warm ups, positional work, squatting to a medball, checking our feet etc, slowly moving onto empty bar & adding weight, here is his PB of 30kg from yesterday’s training! He’s now correcting himself & also just beat his mum in a rowing comp 🙃💪🏼
