It's easy to play video games when everything is going great, but what about when you are facing extreme pain and all of your internal structures that you relied on are collapsing? We're all assigned a controller layout that works best for us but our set of experiences and environment hands us the default layout and it's up to us to find which layout works best.

Nobody is perfect. In fact, imperfection is perfection and the fear of failure stops us from rising to our true power.
Once you get your mind around this, everything becomes a great thing. Even the terrible things can give you a gem of light that is priceless.
Don't chase happiness. Happiness is a synergistic byproduct of doing what you were meant to do. We were born to grow. Never stop learning and remember to laugh every once in a while in this dance of life.

Inhale reach both arms stretch over head grab one wrist with opposite hand and stretch one side for one round of breath (inhale & exhale) then repeat on the other side. 3x each side. Get taller with each breath.
Inhale arms over head “apple-picking” reach way over head planting the opposite foot reach the opposite hand over head high as you can 3 x each side.
Exhale release hands and ENJOY YOUR RELIEF.

What kind of spider that bite me? I didn't really see it, since I didn't wear my glasses and it run away before I can take a closer look. It is a black one, a small one. It is not bigger than my thumb.
