Just saw this movie. The irony is is that I saw it by myself while my brothers and dad saw Infinity War for the first time. I saw Solo solo XD. Anyway, bad puns aside, I did enjoy this film, it's a great interpretation and origin story for the infamous smuggler and Wookie sidekick. It may not have been the best Star Wars film but it did live up to my expectations. I give it a 8.7/10 and a recommendation to any Star Wars fan so long as you give it an open mind. #starwars#starwarsfan#soloastarwarsstory#hansolo#chewbacca#milleniumfalcon#origin#originstory#disney#fun
It’s such a beautiful day out.
The sun’s shining and there’s a slight breeze, which makes it feel like spring☀️
As we sat there, Bryce told me all about his trip to Paris. It sounds so amazing there.
I told him about my job and coworkers.
I couldn’t help but smile every time he looked at me.
There’s just something about his deep brown eyes, and sweet smile, that get me every single time..🕊
R I T U A L // In the coming weeks, Steph @yogawithsteph will be continuing to share her morning ritual of #bowltea - a simple meditation while preparing and drinking tea on her channel. Stay tuned for a series of yoga and tea events in August.
In the last posts we've been covering the different aspects of bowl tea, water, tea and bowl. Preparing not just your mind by gathering your utensils but also your body is 'half the rent' when it comes to meditation. Sometimes the many sensations in your body can be the point of focus for a sense-based meditation or body scan. But sometimes they’re so distracting that the pain of trying to sit turns you off to meditation for good. Yoga is one of many practises that is designed to prepare the body specifically for meditation. So if you are struggling to find a comfortable position to do your bowl tea meditation in, DM us and we'll give you a couple excercises you can try out.
