Presentarme ante el mat cada día, entregar aunque sea 20 mins a un entrenamiento o simplemente sentarme a meditar por 10 mins, es un compromiso conmigo misma, un compromiso que nadie más va a asumir. No pagar por un gimnasio y que no me paguen por entrenar pero aún querer hacerlo es cultivar mi fuerza de voluntad, mi disciplina y por ende mi auto amor. .
Hay una fuerza más poderosa que cualquier excusa y se llama Fuerza de Voluntad. 🕉️🙏🏼

Presenting myself at the mat every day, spending at least 20 mins in my workout or just sitting down to meditate for 10 mins, is a commitment to myself, a commitment that no one else will take on. I don't pay for a gym and I don't get paid if I do my workout but still wanting to do it is a way to cultivate my willpower, my discipline and therefore my self-love. •

Finally started to practice my #handstand last week (I'm holding this one for about 2 secs, but heck! I gotta start somewhere? 😅) and reincorporating my back and shoulder workouts... (swipe left) ⬅️ Also I can only achieve 3 pull ups, so I guess I have new goals for this year! 😏

We were reminded that no matter what season we are in, our God is a God of Hope.
It’s hard sometimes to believe good things are waiting. We don’t know what holds tomorrow, but we do know who holds tomorrow, and that’s the hope we ought to have in Jesus.
I’m so so proud of my client Hadassa! She just completed the March Body transformation challenge and got crazy results! She was consistent and dedicated and tackled her nutrition and workout plans like a beast. Fun fact: she’s vegan😋 #mondaymotivaton#proudcoach

So I made my decision and officially firmed King’s College London as the medical school I will study this September. As with everything in life, there will always be pros and cons, but King’s was the most logical choice for me, both practically and financially.
It’s weird to think that this time last year I was thinking about applying to medical school again. Flash forward a year and I’ve rejected three other offers (I hope someone else can take these spaces and really flourish as a medical student and beyond).
I didn’t want to post a picture of my UCAS track because I definitely don’t want to gloat about this achievement. But I just want to end with this expression: the sky’s the limit...
Keep aiming and keep achieving everyone! 👀
