Panic attacks are one of the scariest things I've experience in my life. I can remember almost every single one fairly well, and I've had a lot. They're like nothing else. You feel like the space your in is literally closing in and suffocating you. Everyone reacts to them differently and has different symptoms but I find that I start to shake, I hyperventilate, and my body starts to tense up. Most of the time I also cry but not always. They can last a few minutes or a few hours. I recently had a night where I was right on the edge of a panic attack for about two hours. They're exhausting, and terrifying especially if they happen somewhere when you're alone (one of my worst was at Kings Cross tube station at rush hour). I've now got a few things I do to help me get out of it and help the panic to pass quicker. If I'm alone my parents are who I call. My dad can talk me down from a panic attack like no one else. One of the things I always forget is that hyperventilating actually fuels the panic rather than helping. Getting my breathing back to normal is the key thing. Having someone who can get you to calm down a bit on the end of the phone or with you is very helpful. My Muma tells me to find a wall to stand against if I'm in a busy area so I can face that rather than the people. I also find removing myself from the situation that made me panic helpful but that isn't always possible. Having food as soon as I can after does me the world of good as well because panic attacks can be so draining! If you're worried about having panic attacks or feel like it's a problem your facing I urge you to talk to your doctor about it!! They can seem so insignificant once your out of them but no one should have to face them on a regular basis #keepmovingoncampaign
Sundays meditation class with @conscious_caterpillars at @purplecarrotliverpool was an artsy one!
The craft activity today included nature, paint and paper. The children had the opportunity to make natural paintbrushes using sticks, pinecones, leaves, tree ect or they could use a normal paintbrush if it was more comfortable for them. They were then able to express themselves freely on the paper.
Izzy decided she wanted to use a normal paintbrush and at first was very reserved with her painting until she realised she could paint her hands and her feet which she absolutely loved. She was squidging her hands and feet into the paint, the expression on her face was joyful and she described feeling calm.
This was a huge step for Izzy. Izzy does not like taking her socks off, unless for swimming/ bath and as soon as we go to a beach (even if it's raining 😂) though in her meditation sessions she feels so relaxed and peaceful that she is able to take her socks off.
Thank you once again for a fantastic session, it's always lovely to see how relaxed and happy Izzy is and how confident she is whilst at your sessions. We are very grateful for you in our lives 🌼

For an entrepreneur, there are no traditional weekends, or fixed time of productivity/rest. We are all learning to tune into our rhythms and cycles, and it can be tempting to keep going going going, without compassion
If you own your own business, work for yourself in any shape or form, you know what I mean. Work-life-balance is BS, it is all life, and it requires paying attention to our physical, mental, and emotional feedback
My system tells me pretty clearly when it is time to pause. I get headaches, get super judgmental, sleep turns restless, I crave a lot of food, and I just want to be alone
I mentally redflagged the beginnings of these sensations, so I catch myself sooner before I crash and burn or turn narly to my loved ones

Notice all of the humorous and whimsical things I encounter along life’s way. There is humor in everything from how #Kira the #cat is the dumbest most ridiculous pet ever to all of the things that “go wrong” in life that make me roll my eyes.
Thing only “go wrong” when I’m caught up in expectations. When I’m caught up in my past experiences and old beliefs that tell me things should be a certain way only because I’ve seen it before or I believe something. Is anything ever really actually wrong? Or is everything conceived from society/combined beliefs/an illusion that we as humans know how to live - the funniest part of life is that NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING EVER. That’s what I believe. And I think it’s funny.
There is genius in my self-sabotage. Honestly #somuchyes . And that in and of itself is completely hilarious.
Laughter and joking and finding humor in everything doesn’t forget mindfulness - I am a human interacting with other humans and life forms along the way so mindful communication is key so that my actual intentions are not lost through laughter and jokes. Don’t wanna be misunderstood!

Sidste nyt er en diagnose fra Glostrup rygafdeling, der siger “muskulær overbelastning” og deraf behandling med muskelafspændende medicin og morfin. Men ingen kan fortælle mig, hvorfor og hvad jeg kan gøre fremadrettet?
Er der dog nogle, der kender en behandler, der kan hjælpe mig på vej?

I don’t even have the words... it’s been nearly two months since I deactivated this account. The past year of my life has been the most thought provoking, life changing, mind boggling, up and down rollercoaster I have ever experienced. Back in March, when Spring made its first appearance — life really struck me. It was then I knew, spring cleaning this year; was turning into a Soul Cleansing movement. I took a break from all this... all this “virtual living.” There were a lot of deep rooted problems in myself that I needed to face to be able to fully encompass and move forward to the next phase of life I am entering. It can be so incredibly hard and tempting to not get caught up in how we think things should be, we follow the ideologies of our “heroes” of people we look up to — the people that inspire us. And we create a world within ourselves, that isn’t necessarily true to who we are, it’s a world, that is somebody else’s world. But if I have learned anything, it’s that; there is no ideology to follow, but your own. And when you start creating your own, you start living for yourself, and you start finding what your views truly are. People seem to think that if you believe in a certain thing, you’re supposed to be a certain way.. I believe in living off the grid and sustaining myself, but I also want a corporate job... we can have ideas that clash; and live out both fully. I’ve learned so much about what I want these past two months, I’ve learned about the people I want to associate myself with, I’ve learned about the lifestyle I would like to endure, I’ve learned about my hobbies and my interests, I’ve learned about myself — most importantly. I feel like I’m truly on a path in the right direction, I feel like with the continued work I will be putting in... many things will fall into place. It’s always about Love — the intention is always Love. Done with Love.
