What a great race!!!! PRd my Marathon time. Ran the course in 3 hours 47 mins. Didn’t walk one time! Huge confidence booster for me. Focused on holding my pace the entire course. Congrats to all the runners out there today! You guys crushed it!

I got a new visor and I’m never taking it off 😂😂 I’m on day 45!! 15 to go 🙌🏾. I am honestly so proud of myself. I wouldn’t have ever stuck to this without the accountability of my challenge groups. My competitive self is coming back out and pushing me through the finish line.

I actually can’t and don’t believe I’m doing this.
This is 30 DAYS of me being consistent. That’s all. No gym. Just working out in my apartment. This is NOT perfection or sorcery. ( I assure you. My birthday was right in the middle of this and I went buckwild... for days....). *
Social Media has skewed our views on what is real. I had and entire human being. I GREW A LIFE. Instead of being proud of that, I would literally wish I sat in a vat of oil for my entire pregnancy 🤦🏾♀️. I would use my stretch marks as a excuse not to do anything because I felt (maybe still feel) like I wouldn’t truly get to enjoy or show off my results.
I’m 26 y’all. I have a long life to live, and I refuse to live it being uncomfortable in my skin. SO HERE YOU GO. 30 days. Results. Happiness. Self love. All worth being proud of. 🤗

Stop wasting your time down the gym on Crosstrainers and and stupid aerobics classes .
Do these instead : Lots of loaded carries and Farmers walks and start regular weekly YOMPS.
YOMPS = March/Hike at your own pace over distance and varied terrain with kit/ weight .
