When we take protein it must first be broken down into amino acids before it can be absorbed in the body .
What kind of protein is the best ??
Powdered protein which comes in different forms whey ,isolate ,hydro ..etc ..etc..?
Protein we eat by eating other animals ?
Protein we take from plants ?
The logical and scientifically satisfying to this is protein from plant based diets ..especially in today’s world ,as animal flesh we eat is not of a quality which is natural ,that animal we eat is not grown on good quality vegetable kingdom but on shit food and growth hormones .
Why plant base protein and diet ?
It seems more natural than powdered and flesh .
At least the diet based on cereals,pulses ,legumes,dry fruits ,seeds ,A-2 dairy products looks
Looks less harmful if not been treated by too much pesticides and not processed too much by machines .
And believe me you can easily fulfill your daily requirement by j eating just balanced diet ...comprising of cereals ,pulsed &legumes ,taw &fermented vegetables ,portion of fish,meat or poultry (from good source),A-2 milk products ..

As I completed my first 10 minutes of meditation tonight, I could feel what Buddha talked about long ago. While my thoughts weren’t busy, I began to notice my body and eyes move. I heard the fan go around and a car drive by. The things around me, and myself, were constantly changing. I just started learning Buddha’s teachings, but I already feel home ☁️

Hello sweet friends! This is Entry No. 22 of my Tapas Journey to Self-Discipline. My week consisted of gnarly sinus infection filled fun, but am finally feeling energized and not like a human snot factory (cute right?). Since I can breathe once more but am still recovering, I skipped the physical Yoga practice, did a guided meditation by @Headspace, and spent some time with my good ole journal. I love journaling…scratch that, I NEED journaling. Journaling for me is like ‘Brain-Dumping.’ I write down all of the brilliant ideas, the random tasks, the cool memories, any problems/issues/concerns, interesting dreams, etc., then its out of my head and on paper and I don’t have to worry about it or try to remember it, which creates space in my mind for new thoughts. I have about 60,000 thoughts a day (@Google said 50,000-70,000). By the end of the day, those thoughts are swimming around my head on repeat like picture-wheels in one of those View-Master’s we had when we were kids. If I didn’t write down my thoughts, they would just stay up there, going around in circles and growing at a rate of +60,000ish thoughts per day. After only a week I would have 420,000 thoughts just swimming around! ⚡️
If I don’t journal for a couple days my head physically feels full. I have a difficult time staying present and focused because I’m so caught up in my mind-movie. I’ve also observed that I don’t remember as much and have a difficult time being fully engaged in conversations, even when I really want to be.
I’m going to try again. But like yoda says “there is no try- do or do not” so just for today, I did it. I told myself I am healthy and sober. It’s so counter intuitive, is what I struggle with. It’s like the Devil is so seductive. To quit. To decay and rot away . To die. But deep down I am a CHILD OF THE LIGHT. Because I feel it in my center. In the center of my body. I wanted to start an IG page that I can vent on- keeping my anonymity- but at the same time breaking free. All the small things add up, from taking a pill or stealing some cash, to picking up the phone and going to a meeting. So I figured an IG Page about my journey would be quite a fun project, whilst adding positivity to my recovery. I hope I can help someone with my story and experiences. I love you all. Each and everyone. If you ever need a friend just dm me. I mean that truly. I am the reigning Queen of Isolation Island. And sometimes the Soul needs that. Mine did. To break to bleed. To see what was left of me after he fucking carnage was done. It hurt. It was scary. But not shortly after, I have hope. I reached out. And the hope comes from my family in NA. A group of warriors who I call friends. I am my own worst enemy though— KNOW YOURSELF. What I’m trying to do.... just for today. “Didn’t become addicted in one day, so remember, easy does it” but remember- that each decision you make echos into eternity a thousand times over. You dont get any do overs. We are constantly manifesting anger, doubt, lack of trust, rage, lack of forgivness not just in our own selves but also in Every molecule connected to us outside of our physical body.
Each of us is connected to everything else in the Universe.
When we choose to let go of what we have manifested as anger or doubt or so on , and ask it to be changed from all that has manifested through us, we change the blueprint for us and the planet.
We are responsible for what we create and contribute to the planet.
I am saying this everydau for next 30 days to allow the change to happen in me and others.
