Now that I am in my final 3 days, it feels bitter sweet that this journey is almost over.
Sometimes you feel a little lost after competing because you revolve your whole life around your training and diet.
Whether your training for a bodybuilding show, a marathon, a fight, even school and getting a degree, we sometimes feel this void when you get to a deadline. It's never really "the end" though. Once one journey ends another is set in motion.
I have to remind myself that this Saturday is not the end, it is only the beginning!
I have only scratched the surface of my potential and I've proved to myself all the things that I had doubted within me!
Lidt fra aftenens sene træning (arme/skulder). Jeg skulle have trænet glutes egentlig - men efter træning hos @ninigoethler er jeg stadig en vraltende gås 😂🔪 Efter dumbbell curls og hammercurls (med dropset) smadrede jeg mig igennem 3 sæt 7 in hell (7 halve nedefra, 7 halve oppefra, 7-12 hele curls).
