Green Green Green!!! That’s what my sore body was craving today. After an evening of dancing at my boys ‘Mother and Son’ dance, this mama was in need of some clean energy to soothe some aches muscles. Add lots of lemon infused water and hopefully I’ll feel back to awesome in no time. Did I mention since I cleaned up my diet I haven’t been sick (cold, flu, fever) in three years! Woot woot! Okay so today’s menu includes (the obvious) asparagus and kiwi... but the magical centerpiece is tuna mixed with a turmeric nut blend, jasmine rice, ‘zhough’ sauce (cilantro, jalapeño, cardamom, chili) on top of a raw spirulina cracker.
