When you head out for a road trip to your partner in shenanigans, but your on a cleanse and dedicated, you bring your dinner, supplements, power greens drink AND your detox drink!
Things are only hurdles if you don’t do what you gotta do to scale ‘em! 🙌🏼
We know while diving that we do not have access to free air and have to depend on compressed air.
While breathing the compressed air underwater, nitrogen gets accumulated in our blood. The nitrogen then gradually gets absorbed into the tissues as the dive continues.
As we start to ascend, nitrogen starts getting dispersed from the tissues as a result of decreasing pressure of air on the tissue.
However, ascending too fast will reduce the pressure very rapidly and nitrogen will try to get washed quickly.
Therefore, there will be a greater pressure differential which will cause nitrogen bubble formation in the tissues and blood vessels.
These nitrogen bubbles trapped in our body will result in Decompression Sickness.

Regrann from @ammieelou_pt - Transformation Tuesday....My journey has been life changing after spending years battling bulimia in my teens through to mid 20's. The fear of the scales ruled my life, constantly weighing myself frequently through the days, fear of food (especially carbs) to endless hours of cardio despite how exhausted i would be. My obsessive nature meant i was always striving to be under 8 stone and in my teens under 7 stone. At 23 something had to give and my life changed forever. I began a new journey of letting go of the fear of the scales and constantly training. I went travelling. I gained a lot body fat as you can see in my photo. After only 6 months abroad, i came home to start my new venture of a healthy lifestyle, eating and not fearing food, training with weights, less cardio and have now found yoga also ❤❤❤. I battle Polycystic ovarian syndrome but i no longer let it defy me. Im just mindful of body physically and mentally and try to ride the wave with my body. Its been many years since i stepped on a scale and i eat carbs with most meals ❤ #fitfam#transformationtuesday#mindful#yoga#journey#personaltrainer#yogainstructor#instructor#ilfordpt#lovewhatido#thankful - #regrann

I need your advice. I want to get into courses for outdoors instructor. Preferably, anywhere in a climbing area, reasonably priced and timed (I know it's subjective but I'm asking your suggestions :) Conducted in English, Spanish, Russian or I could even try French. Any suggestions/ advice?

This is my Turn’d Up story:
I have always loved dance and it’s always been a big part of my life. I have explored different styles and took part in many competitions, shows and exams. After many years of dedication I then progressed as a dance coach, which then led me to train as a Turn’d Up instructor alongside my coaching position.
I had the privilege of meeting an exceptional dance choreographer, Leighton, who introduced me to the idea of Turn’d Up and the possibility of becoming an instructor. I have a passion for RnB and hip hop music, and love fitness, therefore this course was perfect for me in so many ways.
To look back at when I was in primary school and I cried every time my name got called out in assembly just to go and get an award. I would have never stepped foot on a stage back then. I used to be the girl who stood at the back and didn’t have any confidence, but I’ve completely changed and I feel like a different person. Dance has helped me become stronger, physically and mentally. It’s my favourite thing to do and I look forward to all my classes.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course, I found learning the routines fun and uplifting, the whole experience could not have been more inspirational. The highlight of doing the course was when I was taken out of my comfort zone by taking the lead on certain routines, the opportunity to practice my leadership skills was an amazing feeling. Before doing the course I had only heard about Turn’d Up but never attended a single class so I was extremely nervous, but I’m so glad I completed it, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.
Before my first class I was worried that I was going to mess up the routines under pressure. I started to feel much better as I welcomed eager individuals into my class, all keen to get fitter through dance. After every class I feel so energised, positive and I’m always smiling. I love every moment and I’m so glad to be a part of the Turn’d Up team.
I have boosted my confidence levels massively since becoming an instructor and my desire to be successful has been embedded even more. I love everything about Turn’d Up Fitness. #turndupfitness#journey#selfbelief
