What’s your go to breakfast for fueling a big workout? 🍳🥞☕️ Breakfast always has, and always will be my favourite meal of the day. By getting up that little bit earlier and prepping the evening before, I get chance to go to town on my first meal of the day. For me this is really important as I struggle for time to get in big meals through the day. 🍳🥚Every day is egg day, I just vary it depending on the days needs. 🏋🏻♂️After yesterdays double session and with a big one planned this afternoon, today’s breakfast was little higher in cals/carbs.. 🍳4 egg omelette with sweet potato, salmon, spinach, peppers & half an avocado

My two weakest movements: overhead squats & squat snatches. Well, snatches in general. Kept the weights light, focused on technique and stability. Slowed down on the wod to maintain some integrity on the snatch. So heavy and tiring, coupled with those 15 foot rope climbs and 30lb heavy wall balls. I love my wall balls like i love my metal: HEAVY! As always, thank you for the push, @lim_possible
Olympic weightlifting is sexy, but moving odd objects from point A to point B, odd object/KB deadlift is sexier!
