GLUTEN-FREE & HEALTHY CAMPING - BBQ 
One of the best things about summer is having a bbq! Also, barbecuing food is a healthy way of cooking because you don’t require oil and using a griddle pan drains the fat from the meat. 
My step brother made these amazing spicy lamb balls last night and served them with salad, pomegranate, homemade raita & @bfreefoods mini pittas which are great for kebabs if you want a few small ones! No falling apart either 🙌 #glutenfree #bbq #kebab #coeliacawarenessweek

One thing I'm passionate about is that diet and fitness doesn't have to be restrictive and look a certain way. Some days I will eat like the pic on the right, some days I will eat like the pic on the left 🔛

🤷‍♀ Some Body Smart Fitness clients are mega fussy with food and prefer to eat like the pic on the left. We'd obviously encourage more of the intake on the right (think of the micronutrients, vitamins and minerals as well as macros here) but the truth is that if your specific plan was 1600 calories, then you could eat this and still *lose/maintain ✔

Here are my #macros for today. I don't really like counting macros - I hate allowing myself to relax for the day and then realising I've ruined my entire week 😂 carbs overload for today is exhibit A! Very well organized and great presentations on topics ranging from goal setting, injury prevention in long distance running with Stanford’s Head S&C Coach, post injury nutrition, plyometric progressions, and program design with Ray Wright (49ers Head S&C Coach).
