When I thought I was going to rest my legs from yesterday’s brutal workout this circuit training destroyed what was left of my legs. But what can I say I love this challenge!

GLUTEN-FREE & HEALTHY CAMPING - BBQ
One of the best things about summer is having a bbq! Also, barbecuing food is a healthy way of cooking because you don’t require oil and using a griddle pan drains the fat from the meat.
My step brother made these amazing spicy lamb balls last night and served them with salad, pomegranate, homemade raita & @bfreefoods mini pittas which are great for kebabs if you want a few small ones! No falling apart either 🙌 #glutenfree#bbq#kebab#coeliacawarenessweek

1mile...things I learned I am extremely out of shape, I need new shoes, and thinking about how my 3 mile at one time was a 21:30 and now my 1mile is more than 15 minutes I need to put in some work.

Here are my #macros for today. I don't really like counting macros - I hate allowing myself to relax for the day and then realising I've ruined my entire week 😂 carbs overload for today is exhibit A! But I guess that's the whole point behind tracking. We went out for lunch today so that meal was a bit of guess work. FYI, I'm 5'3" and currently 7 stone 10lbs (108lbs), so I'm not trying to lose weight, just maintain/build muscle. I feel like my daily macros target is a bit low, but maybe that's my inner pig trying to come out - any tips on maintaining/building muscle in a calorie deficit (is that even possible?!) welcome! Oh and apologies for my simplistic calorie counter, I don't get on with #MFP and find this one (Fitatu) much easier #healthyeating#caloriecounting#caloriedeficit#tracking#HIIT

I was so ☠by the 3rd circuit (well actually way before that) but I am a bit insane and just kept going. I kept thinking I was dying but the other voice in my head said "you're not dying!". My 💓 beat was at 168bpm which was pretty good for me! Let me know if you try it 🤗
