now i know what you wanna say, tiff, why aren’t you graduating with them? yes, this is my class but, it’s a long story and i won’t talk about it or i’ll get all emotional. currently, i’m about to take my GED in july. anyways, these people are what actually made me at least step foot in this school despite all the problems i had while attending here. though, i barely got to see them while going to school so that made it harder to at least make me happy. sorry that i had to leave this school and leave you behind with so much confusion. i’m so so sooo proud of you! i just wanna say thank you, for being the reasons why i went to my school without being absent. i do care about my education, and i’m never gonna give up! thank you again, congrats to all of you. may the future lead you to something special, i love you guys so much.
sorry, ones i couldn’t find were orli and jorghette. we should totally plan somethin’ and i’ll lei you. congratulations, class of 2018 💜
I got an expensive piece of paper earlier this week.
I am extraordinarily lucky to have been able to get my MBA at Yale SOM. I have many people to thank for getting here, not least the teachers and classmates that taught me so much these two years. I owe special thanks to my B school ride-or-die @garrettaland, who (sometimes literally) carried me through these two years, covered in our blood, sweat, and tears, all the while with that impish Irish grin, and a plan to get everyone having fun. And most importantly, I am eternally grateful to my parents (@djmungo and my non-Instagramming mom) whom I do not thank enough. My whole life, they have shown me what it is to work hard and to do it right. They did so so that I could have opportunities like this. And they have supported me through all my twists and turns along the way. I am proud of what I achieved here, but even more so to be their son.
See you soon, SOM. ✌️🍕
