Alternating Reverse Lunges

I find these helpful for looking into landing mechanics, Glute medius activity, foot posture and overall systemic balance.

They're also great for putting a weighted stretch on the hip flexor group this reinforcing your new found flexibility.

If you want to keep your flexibility, you better get strong in the new range of motion. If you don't own it, your body won't be comfortable going there when you need it to.

I see this a lot with people who avoid lumbar flexion (rounding the Lower back) like the plague. The second they go to do it, something gives out. Get comfortable being uncomfortable.

There's also the benefit of some insane quad development due to the massive knee flexion and some good hamstring eccentric work in there. -

Growing the booty and building the lean muscle 💪🏼 I used to go to gym with my house mate when we were at uni and I did lots of Zumba and classes and thought it would solve my problems but I didn’t realise that consistency and nutrition are KEY!
Now I am focusing on getting things right with a guideline of: 80% nutrition | 20% exercise 
I have been building up my PB with weight lifting and using more complex machines to add variety to my workouts and my body shape is changing! I have my Herbalife Nutrition breakfasts every day and often incorporate healthy snacks and Herbalife shakes into my lunches and food at work and throughout the day. Using Rebuild Strength as a post workout protein boost I have seen serious improvements in my butt and arms and I don’t suffer so much from pain and fatigue even though I’m working twice as hard. 
I’m excited to reach more goals and keep at it because I may not be where I want to be right now but I know I’m getting somewhere! 💪🏼🍑💚

Don’t hold back or play it safe because of what other people might think. Work hard, stay humble, be proud of every achievement big or small. Keep people around you that support you, understand you and always appreciate all of this. But, it is important to also be okay with those who don’t understand this. It’s all about doing what you can to maintain positive energy💓💫

I hope everyone has an awesome weekend. Il be going to Newcastle to work for 4 weeks straight (hopefully I get a day off somewhere in there 😂) and il be doing crazy hours. 
When this happens with my job it's really hard to find the energy to train. After constant 12-14 hr days the last thing on your mind is going to the gym for 2 hours. 
But when it comes to your physical wellbeing and mental state, you need to make time for exercise. And in doing so you actually will feel better for it. So this is what il be doing.

New gym, new enviroment,  new level of dedication. Get it!

Missed a workout? Had a cheat day? Couldn't control your appetite? Feeling bloated? Under the weather?

Sums up me yesterday, the Mumbai heat got to me, due to prolonged exposure to the sun since I was outdoor all day long, came home, ate like a monster(I do not exaggerate), felt feverish and spent the evening eating and seeing Captain America.
What do you do after that? When you start hating yourself two hours after losing all control, when your face and stomach bloats up due to overload of sodium because of it all being junk food?

You go to the gym, and start banging out burpees, there is no amount of bloating that 4-5 rounds of burpees will not cure, and you start the next day forgetting everything you ate yesterday, reminiscing never helped anyone.

Superset burpees with another movement, bang out 4-5 sets of both and that'll be punishment enough for yesterday. .
Mind you this will not magically burn off everything you ate yesterday, but it will raise your heart rate enough to make you feel like getting back on track with your diet.

Woke up Sunday  weighting  2019.6LB feeling strong getting a little bit back to strength training  to build up endurance progression shows did sets  of  315 LB belt less (cause my belt don't  fit me no more) and no lifting gear then a 3 reps for  335lB  definitely surpassed myself from last year but still hungry and I'ma  still keep going
