Kemarin ke pipo buat ngemil es kepal sekalian coba sosis telur. Dan ternyata sampai disana hampir smua stand jual es kepal milo. Sampai bingung milih yang mana yg mau dicoba. Akhirnya cobaiin deh 3 stand es kepal milo yang berbeda. Pic 1&4: stand skyeggbon.

Alkaline Electric Gluten-Free Bread. This bread was SO easy to make & SO delicious!! 😋🍞

Recipe:
• 2 cups garbanzo bean flour • 1.5 cups sparkling water (I used Perrier)
• 1 tsp sea salt • 1 tsp agave • 1 tsp grapeseed oil • Sesame seeds .

To make: add 1 cup of the sparkling water (fresh and room temp) to the flour. Make sure to FOLD it in, instead of stirring. Then add salt, agave, & oil. Next, fold in remaining water. Pour mixture into an oiled bread pan, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350° for 40-45 min. Let cool for about an hour before removing from pan.

Well there is many methods used by many different company’s to producers an essential oil. BUT not all of these methods produce pure, organic, high quality oils, in fact most of these ways destroy the compounds that make an essential oil. Remember that not all essential oils are created equally and that the purity can change depending on the location, temperature and weather including many other factors. 
DoTERRA use two  methods, both of these resulting in high quality, pure and organic essential oils that actually allow the aromatic compounds to keep their potent, powerful aroma. 
The first method is “Steam distillation “
This is the use of heat to extract essential oils from their plant parts, this produces clean, pure essential oils the pressurization used during so protects the complex chemical compounds because the temperatures stay well bellowed boiling point. The chemical  profile would be damaged with other processes that use high temperatures. 
The steam passes throughout the plant, As the steam passes through, the heat and presssure eases the essential oil from its microscopic protective sacs within the plant. The steam carries the volatile atomic compounds that were released into a collective tube, Here is where it is separated from the water and collected. 
The second method is “Expression.” (Cold compressed) 
Unlike the process of steam distillation, expression dose not use heat to extract essential oils. 
This process is usually used to extract oils from the peels of citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits etc.
During the process the rind of the fruit passes across grated cylinders that grind the peels surface, breaking open tiny sacs that contain the essential oil.
After the essential oil sacs are opened, the fruit is sprayed with water in order to collect the essential oil after it is released. 
This water mixture then goes through a filer process to get rid of any excess peel pieces and centrifuges to separate the water from the oil. 
A lot of work goes into each and every bottle hey !? 😍🙌

Loving sweet potatoes & cabbage so much!! That pretty sauce turned pink after dripping down the cabbage. 👅 .
.
Same recipe as before but with the actual sauce that goes with the original recipe. ~Bake 4 sweet potatoes for about an hour & 400. .
~Sauté 4 minced cloves of garlic & onions in 1 tbsp of coconut oil till tender. Add in 1 shredded cabbage, 1/2 tsp pink salt, & 1 cup water. Cover & cook for about 40 minuets. Add water if needed. .
~Cut open potatoes & stuff with cabbage. .
~Sauce is 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp raw honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp grated ginger. You can heat this up till it thickens in a small pan over medium heat. I just put all the ingredients in a food processor & then I poured the sauce on top of the cabbage. You may need to double this recipe and f you like a lot of sauce. .
~Add parsley. .

Does anyone else find it funny that the word “snack” is a synonym for something like a cookie, cracker or candy? I’m not sure what or when it happened but if the word “snack” is mentioned all bets are off and a sugary high carb treat better be what’s handed out according to the dictatorship of my 3 year old. Since I noticed this phenomenon we’ve banned the S word in my house. Whenever it’s S time I now give P a couple of options for him to choose from, I mean we do live in a democracy after all. The dialogue usually goes a little something like this: “hey bud, would you like some popcorn, a banana or a muffin?.... Well I don’t have a lollipop right now, popcorn, banana or muffin?” After minimal protest he usually makes a selection and we all feel like winners. Without the empty promises of the word that shall not be mentioned I tend to see less tantrum and more compromise. The 1 year old is still oblivious to the symbolic cultural attachments to the snack time rituals so she gets butternut squash with her popcorn 😂 •

. ♥️ Oats can be in instant, rolled, steel cut forms and their nutrients remain intact in all of them. Whichever you choose affects the amount of time it takes to cook them (steel cut being the longest, shortest is instant) and the resultant texture (steel cut has a crunchier one). If you're in singapore, you can get a big bag of rolled ones from @gardenpicks, providing good value for money! If you need them to be certified gluten free, try Bob's Red Mills.

Eating clean doesn’t have to be complicated or even always well thought out. Sometimes a meal can be random things you put together. I remember about 4 years or so ago, Sam and I went plant based for the first time. I was struggling to retrain my brain with what a meal was “supposed” to look like. 🙄 but I got the hang of it. Now I don’t even always make beautiful meals or even ones that “make sense.” 😂 like this one. And that’s OKAY. Also, those zucchini noodles were straight heaven. 🤤 #chelsbateseats

It took me forever to figure out what I ate was diminishing the results I could have had when I completed exercise programs after programs. Long gone are the days of my youth when my #metabolismburnedexcesscalories . 
How I ate kept me only getting minimal results. Last year, once I completed a 21 day program focused on nutrition I learned to enjoy healthier food options, meal prep, and feel confident about my will and ability to do anything my mind set out to do! More importantly I came to the epiphany that #FOODMATTERS! What I wasn’t keen on was with that program strenuous workouts were discouraged, and exercise is my jam!

But I know it’s not everyone’s thing! What if I told you about ...an EATING ONLY (exercise optional- YAY for me, YAY for #workouthaters ) program that gives results, teaches you to genuinely #LOVEFOOD...#NOguilt, #NOdeprivation!!! Can I get a #hellyeah ?!!! 🙌🏼💕🎉 Who wants details?!🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

I have always been a sucker for the flavor of Piña Colada (virgin for me 🙋🏻‍♀️) There’s definitely something magical about the combination of Pineapple 🍍 and Coconut 🥥 It makes you feel carefree and relaxed while drinking them! 🍹
This was the perfect treat for this sunny 😎 Wednesday afternoon..
🥥To make this Piña Colada Nice Cream you’ll need: 
2 cups Frozen Pineapple
1 frozen banana 
1 cup frozen coconut meat
1/4 shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut cream
Blend and put in the freezer for 1 hour for better consistency. Serve and enjoy! 😋

Do you ever sometimes feel like YES!🎉🙌🏻 I have my shit together! I am drinking all my water! My fridge is stocked with good food and I am prepped! I am not craving sugar. My skin is looking  great! I am ON POINT! Then.....the next week - you end up binging at a friends bday dinner...where a piece of cake turns into turns into 2,3.....Then you are craving bread and sweets all next week and seem to be starving all the time. You end up snacking and overeating at night and wake up feeling like shit. Then your workouts are crappy. And you just WISH you could stop this up and down cycle and just be stable! You don’t want food to control you! You want to LOVE food and appreciate it - not FEAR IT! Anyone feel this way ever!? I hope it’s not just me 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️😫 working out had never been my issue. My weak spot is nutrition. And man I have made major improvements - but I realized over the last few weeks that I still have work to do.
