We offer workshops on Rational Problem Solving and Creative Problem solving .
Companies need use both rational and creative approaches to innovate .
One of the many tools to problem solving is the 5W1H technique
What ? Why ? When ? Who ? Where ? How ?
What is the problem ? What needs be achieved ? What will happen if we don’t resolve this ? What else information do we need to solve the problem .
Why did the problem occur ? Why do we need to resolve ?
When did the situation arise ? When do we need to act ? By when does this need be resolved ?
Who cares about this situation ? Who is most effected ? Who needs be informed ? Who is involved ? Who is the best person for information ? Who needs to act ?
Why did this problem occur ? Why do we need the solution ?
How can we change the situation ? How can we involve the right people ? How can this be resolved ?
Follow the 5W1H technique and also follow us :) #problem#solution#problemsolving#workshops#competence#competency#competencytraining#learninganddevelopment#facilitator#humanresources#humanresourcesconsulting#consulting#consultant#rational#creative#who#what#when#where#why#how
What are you ACTUALLY trying to do?
Being genuine in your intent for what you are doing is the key to getting your business growth. What does this mean? This means that you need to understand that your audience sees what you are doing for what it is. Those $100 umbrellas or $80 teddy's your selling so you can donate a toy to a child in need is seen for what it is. Money grabbing. People are smarter than this. Yeah, you might get a few sales in the short term, but long-term you won't be going far. IF you truly want to help those in need the whole world doesn't need to know, put in the work. Using other peoples misfortune to make urself seem like a global 'hero' will be very short-lived.
If your aim is to start a business and make money (like 95% of businesses) because we all need money to live, don't try and make it about saving the dolphins. Ans if it doesn't work, hey welcome to the entrepreneur club and find something else. At least you know honestly your genuine idea did or didn't work.
