Mantra Monday Meditation 🙏🏻
A mantra is a word, sound, or phrase repeated to aid in your concentration while meditating.
The word mantra can be broken down into two parts: “man,” which means mind, and “tra,” which means transport or vehicle. In other words, a mantra is an instrument of the mind; a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to enter a deep state of meditation. You can chant a traditional mantra such as “Om” which means “It is” or “To Become” I like to create my own so today I am using, “I am enough”
💜Find a comfortable place to practice, sitting cross legged or lying. 💜Tune into your breath, feel the natural flow of the breath in and out. Take 5 deep breathes in and out before returning to your normal breathing. 💜 Repeat your chosen mantra. 💜When you’ve finished chanting your mantra, transition to a silent meditation by staying in the same position and feeling any sensations that arise in your body. Sit in silent meditation for as long as you like
💜 Enjoy your Day 🙏🏻💕😊
Brilhem belas estrelas
No deserto volto a caminhar
Olho para vocês
Mas não consigo me guiar
Perdido estou, talvez até demais
Brilhem belas estrelas
Rochas, morros e cavernas
Mas nada de encontrar meu lar
Pelo deserto volto a caminhar
Mas graças ao seu brilhar
Posso me encontrar
A areia é calma e perigosa
As vezes as serpentes se cobrem lá
Algumas parecem ser más
Outras só atacam porque pisamos nelas
Ontem eu vi um feneco
Perto daquela rocha lá
Foi bonito sim, belas estrelas
Que estão no céu a brilhar
Bhakti Yoga means Union with God. Bhakti is what we are, not what we do or have. Waking up to that realization is Bhakti Yoga, an understanding the Supreme Consciousness is everything, and nothing else exists. With this awareness, the yogi drops any sense of separateness from that all-pervading power, loses all identities defined by the world, and merges, as though diving into a vast, infinite ocean of all-encompassing love.
Bhakti Yoga, the lively feeling of oneness, is also known as a path of devotion, leading to self-realization rooted in love, and to a state of complete surrender to God. Bhakti, as a form of union with the infinite, must be as old as human civilization. Formally, it got recognized as a way of expressing love for God in Shvetashvatara Upanishad. Much later, Bhagavad Gita portrayed it as a path to realizing the Ultimate Truth.
In the word “Bhakti”, “bha” stands for fulfillment and nourishment, “ka” signifies knowing, “ta” means salvation and “i” (ee) indicates shakti, or energy. It’s hard to define Bhakti; one can feel it, realize it. With every breath, we sow the seeds of Bhakti, a love that sweeps us away, helps us to soar above the world, and changes us forever, touching the deepest core of our existence.
Bhakti is not about seeking that love but dropping the barriers against it that we have built inside ourselves. It opens the door to eternity within. It’s the love that shines in our eyes as the light of our soul. Bhakti wakes us up, as we start to realize that everything reflects the Divine. God's love is unconditional, and devotees acknowledge that love and reflect it back. In Bhakti Yoga, the blossoming of devotion towards God is the sweetest experience one can have.
One sees Divinity everywhere, and yet has an intense longing for the Divine. Bhakti is one of the paths of yoga, and denotes the spiritual practice of lovingly devoting oneself to a personal form of God.! ✨🕉🙏❤️✨ Hari Om Tat Sat ~ Om Namah Shivaya ~ Happy and Blessed Monday Beautiful Souls 🕉🙏❤️✨🕉

Love Your Celf Enough To Have Regular Intentionally Loving Conversations With Yourself!
Now that You Are Willing To Receive Love, You Will Receive Love In The Form of Infinite Expressions...
🌿Mind Over Body
We influence our bodies/life with our thoughts & words!
Our brains (programs)communicate with every cell in our bodies with hormones. Different thoughts release different hormones.
Imagine a juicy watermelon or a gourmet platter of #plantbased#deliciousness whichever you prefer. Imagine the smell, the look, the taste. Now imagine taking a nice bite or spoonful. You have just made yourself salivate with thought.
Imagine, in vivid detail, having passionate sex with someone to whom you’re strongly physically attracted. Imagine the sights, sounds, sensations. Do that for a moment and your body will activate a sexual response.
Not only do our thoughts influence our bodies, but also loving and compassionate thoughts/words/beliefs will heal 🧘🏽♀️and maintain perfect health and not be at the mercy of seemingly externally caused diseases.
Once we create a true relationship with our cells (self) we can talk to our bodies and command/ask them to do the things we want them to. Even though we may not be literally clear of the entire processes by which our bodies function, we can know and feel the end results.
I regularly speak to my body. It feels my intentions and follows directions very well because: 1. I trust it to listen; 2. I treat it well (most of the time, and when I don’t, I apologize in earnest); 3. We’ve established a strong connection over the years – it’s a good friend of mine and we take care of each other; 4. I’m truly grateful for everything it does. “Body, energize,” over and over while I take a few deep breaths, then I trust it to know what to do for us to continue healthily on this Journi 🌿
