I have been so busy 🐝 had no time to post updates. We are moving along with the Reno. Two more weeks plus the countertops instal. So really looking forward to the finish line but the hardest part is ahead—two/three weeks with no kitchen. So not looking forward to that. On another note—baby Nina is making progress. I am able to eat tomatoes 🍅, cucumbers 🥒, pineapples 🍍, lemons 🍋 and all berries 🍓 so very excited 😜 about it since it has been a long long time since I have been able to enjoy those goodies. She also had an avocado 🥑 and had a better reaction then before where it caused stomach troubles at night. This time it was much milder. Still a bit of reaction but miles and leaps better. 😆 yessssss

Wow, 3 to 1 voted it would be a girl! 🙊 I thought it was a girl at first too...But we are beyond excited to raise a sweet, compassionate, kind and strong boy! It was super fun to see the guesses and put together these delicious cupcakes!
By the way, did you know it’s Celiac awareness month? While I’m not not gluten-free due to Celiac, I am gluten-free to keep my Hashimoto’s at bay. I think it’s really important to bring awareness to the benefits of a gluten-free diet and to know that you can still enjoy a delicious treat without feeling crappy afterwards! Thanks to @simplemills and these vanilla cupcakes with organic vanilla frosting. These were super yummy and I love the fruit on top.
Simple Mills is awesome because their products are all naturally grain-free, soy-free, non-gmo and paleo friendly without any artificial flavors and fillers. Just the real stuff! Plus, I can get it delivered to me from my beloved @Vitacost!

It’s been a weekend of experimenting in the kitchen and it’s been delicious! This is by far my favorite! My first attempt a #glutenfree sandwich bread and it turned out AMAZING!!! A little experimentation going on today with both Beef Short Ribs and Pork Ribs. My takeaway? I need to sharpen my knife as it shredded my beautiful rack of Pork Ribs!! Such a delicious dinner rounded out with Scalloped Potatoes cooked with Mango and Ghost Pepper Cheese. Bring on summer!!

The unfortunate reality for sufferers of #celiac#coeliac disease. Some restaurants don’t really understand #glutenfree . In most cases, cross contamination is the problem, that is the use of shared equipment & utensils. Worthwhile for Australian coeliacs to become members of @coeliacaus. We had a great meal and great service last night at the @maggianoslittleitaly at Santana Row in San Jose. I had salmon with a white wine butter sauce, and snap peas substituted for the spinach. All of their sauces and dressings are gluten free, and a manager came and spoke to me about my meal. I usually order their lobster carbonara and spumoni, but I wanted to eat light last night. OH MY GOSH😍 I decided to try out making protein fluff today! It’s absolutely delicious, super easy to make plus it has amazing macros 💕😋 It tastes similar to marshmallow fluff when made with vanilla protein!

15 minutes ago I was have a meltdown inside my head wanting honey chilli chicken from chinese...then I had this Eat Natural bar & boom craving gone. It had that little bit of sweetness that I was craving...so yummy 😋.
On the topic of chinese, I havent been since my diagnosis. I feel my local chinese make things SO QUICKLY that even if I did ordee something suitable, the care wouldnt be there to minimise contamination. Chinese was one of my fave takeaways..so maybe its good I dont attempt to order..good for the waist 😂. What do you order at chinese? Im thinking, when Im craving just to go pick up a wee M&S gluten free chinese meal to at least feed the craving. .
Regrann from @alancummingsnaps - I watched the footage of Harvey Weinstein being taken to court in handcuffs yesterday and felt sad for all the women he assaulted or bullied who must be reliving their abuse with him being back in the headlines. I remember when the whole thing erupted and images similar to this one being used to say how could it possibly be true if they (the women coming forward) had been willing to stand next to him at a party and smile?
Today I stand in solidarity with those women and I post this picture to show that, although I was never sexually assaulted by him, like many people working in Hollywood I was bullied, I knew about Harvey’s hotel room massage meetings, his rages, his ability to get what he wanted by cajoling, threats or bribes and yet I still posed for this picture. I had no idea of the extent or the severity of his sexual crimes, but I can’t say it came as a surprise.
Now, in this new #timesup world it seems incredible we were all so silent for so long. But these brave women who came forward and the journalists who told their stories have given us all the gift of an environment where we can express our discomfort and call out the likes of Harvey and his enablers and protectors.
Just yesterday I decided not to attend an event because claims of assault and bullying within its organization have not been sufficiently well investigated, and worse, attempts were made to silence and demean the women who had come forward.
As someone who has experienced abuse in my own life, I understand how important it is to be heard.
The t shirt I’m wearing referred to George W Bush. I apologize. He isn’t the worst President ever. And while we’re at it, Republicans also need to clean their house and have the backbone to call out Trump for what he is: a bully, a liar, accused of multiple rapes and sexual assaults, a swaggering pussy grabber. I hope his fate is similar to Harvey’s. - #regrann

Olha essas super fáceis de fazer e deliciosas. Peguei a receita no site da @urbanoalimentos, fiz umas adaptações e deu muito certo. Olha só:
• 90g de manteiga ghee
• 200g de farinha de arroz
• 100g de açúcar demerara
• 1 ovo
• 1 cs essência de baunilha
• 1 cs de fermento em pó
Bati na batedeira a manteiga com o açúcar até obter um creme. Depois misturei ao creme o resto dos ingredientes e deixei a massa descansar na geladeira por 20 minutos. Abri a massa, cortei em círculos com um cortador, pus na assadeira e assei até as bolachas ficarem douradinhas.
