I don’t want everyone to think it’s all negative so here’s what DOES help me as I’m officially back from fibroland now and had the gumption to clean this morning woo!
What works for me:
1: cannabis (duh) but not all forms are created equal. Specifically dabbing concentrates that are very high in THCA is where I find the most relief. Also CBD but as a co treatment to make he endocannabanoid system work together and it allows them to work better as them selfs.
2. Kratom, it’s highly controversial right now, and I don’t particularly like taking a non controlled substance but, if it has been allowing me to have some relief, it’s sticking around until something better comes along.
3. Heat: my heating pad is my friend, warmer weather has a dramatic effect I’ve noticed lately. I feel much much better physically on sunny days, I used to think people who said those sort of things were full of it haha. Baths, if I’m in a flare I get very cold very quickly so blankets and baths help.
4. Reducing sugar boo... 5. Sleep. SLEEP. And more sleep. If I haven’t been properly rested. Forget about it. Ugh sleep is very important, allow your body to rest and recover and heal. Something I need to keep telling myself too.
5. Podcasts! I’ve been super super lonely lately. It doesn’t help things mentally for real. My friend @crystalle.the.pistol suggested a podcast called @myfavoritemurder and I was like, “umm well I don’t really listen to podcasts but I’ll give it a try” and I was hooked. I got some Bluetooth headphones (game changer, get yourself some) and it’s tricking my brain into thinking I have friends talking or something. An introverts favorite thing! Listening to people talk but not having to say anything woo! Anyway, since then I have gone off to other podcasts that they have suggested and it’s helped my mood incredibly. I don’t know the science behind that but I’m grateful.
What are things you found that work for you?
There’s a lot going on below the surface.... #imcomplicated#alsoacoffeeconsumer
Many thanks to @vanderpop & @odessapaloma for capturing my ramblings and distilling them into something readable. It was a ton of fun to be on the other side of the interview! (Link in profile)
The top pic is from yesterdays one week follow for Torin's surgery. We couldn't have been more pleased with the healing that has taken place in the last 8 days! Mike and I made a choice to replace Torin's pain medication with CBD as a best option for healing and pain management while his arm heals. After reading several articles on the effects of CBD in bone healing we were sure it was it would offer optimal healing for an active little guy! The Dr confirmed yesterday that he was on a great healing path and in just 2 weeks will be cast and wire free!
So grateful for progress and the time in life we are able to live.
A lil #tbt it’s no secret I am a cannabis user and currently a cannaMama there are certain reasons which is none of your concern to why I consume, if you have a problem there is a unfollow button, but I hope it isnt a problem because I love my followers for who they are, would appreciate the same love in return.. let’s end the stigma on Cannabis and place this beautiful plant on a pedestal because there’s so much that people benefit from this gorgeous plant 💚 also I did consume when I was pregnant and my son was nearly 10 pounds and is currently doing well he’s a perfect, smart, chubby little boy! #cannamama#cannabiscommunity
This really gets to me "animals!?" these people are not animals. Plain and simple.
Tell me this if you came here and you know everyone, everyone! I don't care what you say, what your argument is, you came here and shit on my peoples lands!
This is all native land!! Everyone migrated here,
everybody did for safety,
to get away from their own countries that were doing them wrong I get that I get that I really do but if you go into any house and you start ripping members out of it, it will make people angry and the situation can be bad.
They're not bad people, they're not doing bad things, they're protecting their family from the bad things happening to them plain and simple.
If anyone came for anyone family member you would get the whole tribe, you would get the fight, you would get the tears and the drama. Its fuckin human nature to fight back when being attacked... This has me shook.
I just cant understand this level of hate. If you support Trump or Voted for him and still stand behind your vote please unfollow me now seriously. I just cant. I dont have the patience to deal with stupidity anymore and anyone that still rides behind him i cant see how you could follow him unless you are insensitive and brainless yourself. You cant be about empowerment when you are a supporter of a basically a cult, white supremacy, kkk crap. Fuck that. I just cant. Unfollow me. .
@realdonaldtrump fuck you.

🌿"Moms are convincing the world around them that weed is far safer than alcohol and is an effective medical remedy for many conditions. They won’t be deterred. Prior to the passage of California’s Prop. 64, one woman penned a call to action to mothers across that state to use their moral authority “to speak out to end a broken system of marijuana prohibition that has been tearing our families apart for far too many decades.”... As legalization—medical and recreational—recently made significant gains across the country, it has become clear to the frightened and the skeptical that cannabis use does not lead to the degradation of society nor of our young people. Prison, however, does... The role of women in the struggle to end marijuana prohibition is pivotal, essential and increasing."🌈⠀
