I’m a big fan of breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast. Maybe because I’m just a big fan of food 🤔🤔
But I’ve been loving an omelette at dinner time. So easy to throw a bunch of veg in with some eggs, whisk it all up, throw some herbs in, fry it up and I’m guaranteed to be doing a happy food dance. I love red onion, sundried tomato, spinach and goats cheese combo 🤤🤤 Farm fresh eggs are the tastiest and most ethical choice so I head to the local butcher in Mount Ev who sources them from local farms 🤗

It rained a few times every year, really hard for a day, which caused widespread flooding for a couple of days after.
This continued for many decades and then, slowly the weather started changing.
The rain started to fall a little more frequently and it's intensity mellowed out. As the years progressed, the rain started becoming more frequent and then gradually  a little bit of green growth started here and there. Slowly, but surely, with the consistent rain, the greenery became richer and denser, water bodies started to form, the heat started to wane a bit, and more Life began to evolve and emerge. 🌏

So, if you haven't figured it out yet😉, This World=Our Body. #1MH4Life

It's important to realize that exercising and being overly active once in a while and eating healthily once in a while, will do little to improve our condition. Consistency of action is the key for lasting and exponential progress and growth. When you start up with a new diet and/or exercise routine,  it might look like it's taking too long for the results to show but depending on how 'barren' we have been, the time it takes for the 'green' to show up might differ person to person and just because you cannot see the results right away doesn't mean the 'seeds' haven't sprouted underneath the surface.💪

Consistency is THE KEY. Be patient and stick with your program(s) and the results you seek will be inevitable.

UNLEASH 1.0 was only the first step in helping you guys transform to your invincible selves. 6 weeks went by in a blink of an eye and the Challenge is at a close now. I met @christinahelbling almost a year and half ago. I was hesitant to meet new people but my sweet husband @gulfstreamguy talked me into it. Not only did she and I hit it off but our entire families did as well.  Christina has become the best friend that I didn’t know I needed. I’m not the easiest person to get to know but she somehow managed to breakdown my walls. She’s embarking on a new adventure and moving out of state next week. I’m so excited for this new chapter in her life but I’ll miss her tremendously. Thank you, Christina for your wonderfully outgoing, and caring personality! We're all about training smarter, not necessarily harder! (Matt's clients may argue this 😉). We want you to look and feel your best NOW so here are 4 ways to improve your health and fitness in just 2 minutes:

1. Get up and move from your desk.
👉 The average person spends up to 70% of their day sitting! Take regular mini breaks to stretch and breathe deep. Put your body in a state of calm - stress makes cortisol sky rocket which makes it harder to lose weight!

2. Focus on gratitude.
👉 Living a busy, demanding life means the little things can go unnoticed. Gratitude is one of the most health promoting emotions we can experience. When you have a spare two minutes, jot down a list of five things you're grateful for and watch your mood lift.

3. Have a glass of H2O.
👉 Drinking enough water helps keep your hormones in balance and your metabolism humming. Studies have also shown that a glass of water before a meal can help with weight loss as thirst is often mistaken for hunger!

4. Choose nutrient dense foods.
👉 These foods provide more nutrition bang for the calorie buck, as they contain an abundance of nutrients and other healthful substances - vitamins and minerals, fiber, lean protein, and unsaturated fats - but are not excessive in calories. Examples of nutrient dense foods include leafy greens such as spinach, kale, and broccoli; whole grains such as wheat, corn, quinoa, and barley in the form of breads and cereals; fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, and pomegranates; food rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as chia seeds and flax seed and vegetables such as mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and bell peppers. In other words, eat more wholefoods!
